I like the handiness of the product, it cleans well. I love that they've given different cleaning nozzles for various purposes. The only two things that could be improved are- 1. The cleaner is required to be plugged in every 3-5 mins for steam generation since the steam gets over very quickly. For continuous steam generation, you need to plug the device repeatedly. 2. You need to carry the device along with it's wire everywhere to clean at different places in the house. I wish there was an option to disconnect from the wire and carry it without any hassle.

Don't buy this item The idea itself is foolish The product contains very cheap material which is not even worthy for 1000Rs. The on off button gets unbearably hot while operating the machine. You can't touch it. No one can. I don't know how people gave stars more than one for this item. Now when I want to return it, as it could only be replaced first, they tell me that there is piece for replacement . So, the return policy also seems to be a hoax. I want to return the product and want my money back.

Does its job. Works for most cleaning activities. Steam hose could have been more rigid and should’ve been detachable.
