Very rarely do I give 5 stars This book is extremely well thought out for the user Spiral notebook so pages are flat- pictures-great graphic information and cues and areas for your personal notes 💗 The book also includes BREATHING TIPS very rarely mentioned I highly recommend this book to any REFORMER user

This is basically a book for professionals, which I am not, but it's easy to read and follow and an excellent guide to using the Pilates Circle. Personally I found it expensive and would have gladly purchased a used copy, but none were available.

Love all Balance Body Pilates equipment and love the guide/ manual for the chair! All the exercises with both single and split pedal are included. Well explained, with most exercises pictured.

英語表記ですが、動きは、分かるし、理解出来ます‼️他のものも欲しいと思ったら、単品は、無いので、セットで購入すれば良かったと後悔してます。 検討される方は、セットがオススメですよ！
