it is shorter in length, so it doesn't rise as high as the standard size. i'm 5'6" so it's a little low for me when fully extended in height. the nose of the board is more rounded, so it does not get into sleeves as well as standard shapes. it's very sturdy. the quality is great ergo the 5 stars. the only drawback is the busy pattern on the pad cover...it makes it difficult to see wrinkles on the thinner fabrics.

I need to put a coaster under the side of one leg to make it level. Can this be fixed or is this just poor quality?

Not stable .

Very happy with this ironing board. Perfect size for apartments and for storing. Adjusts to different heights with ease. I would definitely recommend this product.
