Purchased from "Tech Magnet" - A 45W charger was sent with the laptop and stopped working within a week, but a quick phone call and they sent out the correct 65W charger that got here the next day. Fast forward to a few months later and the new charger dies. I call to get yet another charger and am told that it's been over 90 days (by two days!) and they can't send me one. Even though the listing had said it had a year warranty. They've lost a customer and went from a 5 star review to a 1 star over an item that would have cost them just a few dollars to replace, and now I have a paperweight for a computer that can't charge.

I was told I would receive the computer next day, it took 4 days to receive. I received a computer that doesn't even charge, I had to hold the charger all crazy to get it to charge for a few seconds at a time. All while starting my new job which I purchased this computer for. Not only did it not charge properly, it wouldn't click on the first click I'd have to click several times. Then the company wouldn't send me a new computer, so I can send this one back. They wanted me to send this computer first. Leaving me computerless for work, which was the whole purpose of purchasing this in the first place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Amazon can not help, this is a TRASH outside vendor!
