I got this for my grandfather for Chanukah. He lives in a retirement home and 6 weeks ago someone stole his Submariner Rolex from his room. 7 months ago his wife ( my grandmother ) who lived there with him passed away and she had gotten him the Rolex as a retirement present with the inscription (The Brass Ring) inside because they had always joked about the brass ring in the carousel that you try to grab as a sign of success time thing and he finally retired and yano it was a thing and it meant a lot to him so he was very devastated when he lost it and there was a whole police report and it was insured but he the ensurence people didn’t give him enough for a replacement plus it just meant a lot to him so he was devistated. Anyways that’s the backstory and I got him this watch with a photo of my grandmother (His wife who got him the watch) and their dog who passed away a year and 2 weeks before my grandmother did ANDDDD it has the same inscription inside “The Brass Ring”. Although the watch is worth like $17,000 less than the Submariner I still think he’s going to be pretty stoked. It just came in the mail today but he is in the hospital cause he got the flue and he’s pretty old so it’s a bigger deal but I’m going to give it to him as soon as he’s better and back at his place. If there is a way to edit to as a follow up later to this review I’ll let you guys know how he likes it but I think it turned out great and he’s going to be stoked!!! All in all… GREAT PRODUCT!!! came out better than I expected it to for how cheap it was but the box I paid extra for is pretty mid if I had one critique, but the watch turned out awesome!

Great quality and really nicely made. My husband loved it ! And it was easy to adjust (took it to the store lol) but will order more. Looks great, color and links are perfect.

Pleasantly surprised of the quality and image on the face. When I created the design on the watch there was space on both sides so I was worried it wouldn't look good, but the designers filled out the entire face with the image and made it look good! It's really a novelty and for under $40 bucks the watch quality is as expected, but the customization makes up for the short coming on the quality...makes for a fun gift and the price is definitely right!

The personalized name isn’t on there nor the first initial of his name. So all that’s on the watch is the personalized photo. I like it but I wish it was exactly like what was shown, that is what customers expect

My companion loves his watch. I open it first before I gave it to him the day before and I couldn't stop opening the box. The Redbox that it came in was beautiful and the gift card was beautiful as well. When he opened it he cried. He told me it was the best gift anyone has ever given him and he was very appreciative. Thank you for making that moment special for him. So far there have not been any problems with the watch.

This was more than expected. Good Quality, heavy, logo and inscription were perfect. Was given as a retirement gift and was loved.

The photo could have been cropped better to fit the dial face and it's decently heavy but overall it's decent for the price.
