The bike is awesome have been using it for a year. Quality wise its very good. Adjustable, value for money, and a must for work for home.

Don't buy. Amazon product but amazon customer service also not help to resolve the problem for replacement and return even. It took 2 hours to fix the airbike, again replacement took much time and they said to do return and order again. Delivery service asked me to do dismantle and pack well. It took one hour. Very poor guidence and customer care service. The product has rust on it. The console is not working properly and always shows STOP with all values at 0. I tried rotating the + / – resistance knob, but the cycling exercise does not become harder. But my genuine recommendation is don't buy this brand - go for branded.

The shipping box is completely damaged received the product on 1st September 2024. Installation is not yet done.there are holes to packaged cartoon box which is damaged a lot. I requested for installation. Repeatedly approximately 10 to 12 times after receiving the product on 1st September 2024 evening with most damaged outer package. The product video is showing that free installation. Today 6th September 2024. But till now the installation is not yet done we did not opened the package still looking forinstalation service.

The cycle is sturdy but the welding is bad. The bottom joint bars which touch the surface are not aligned and they are welded little crooked which is why it doesn't sit straight, and also after sitting on it, it feels leaning on one side.

Only quality of product is ok, no free installation available, no backrest to seat is given. Amazon tech is very rude
