I bought this for my wife and it has been really helpful. It heats up quickly and stays warm for a long time. She uses it for body pain and cramps and finds it very soothing. Good quality and easy to use.

I purchased this for hot fermentation for back pain and it was very happy with the product. I got good amount of comfort for my back pain. This is much better than the heating pads. It comes with liquid, probably water only filled inside. Takes around 5mins to completely heat up and with auto cut-of feature along with an led on the plug to indicate the status. Stays warm for good over 20mins. Reducing one star as it did not come in a sealed state. One thing that one need to be carefully about is while applying the bag after heating if the lid covering the heating pins moves and the pins come in contact with skin, one will feel a sharp burning sensation.

After just 1 month of use, i dont know what happened but the plug was so loose that it could not keep the electric bag connected with the socket. And then one day, while charging I saw the bag got bigger like a ballon then I immediately switching the switch off and never turned it on
