Dr. David Minkoff wrote a great little fitness manual called "PerfectAmino-Guide-to-Fat-Loss-and-Lean-Bulking.pdf" in which he demystifies the mechanics of how the body works and how to maintain it... And at the beginning of the book is a section about protein digestion and what happens when we can't digest properly which is inevitable due to aging and other environmental and dietary factors... Well, once I read that I realized that I exhibited some of the symptoms of poor digestion... so I gave this a try... And sure enough, not only do I feel a lot more coherent and vital since I've been digesting my food properly, I also stopped having cravings for alcohol after dinner. I still enjoy an occasional beverage but now there is less of a need for the "beneficial" effects of alcohol for dissolving oils and fats and helping the liver flush out excess lipids. And of course, the type and quality of food one consumes and how it is prepared will also play a major factor with digestion but even after eating some fried foods this digestive support is able to assist one's body in that process. The first few times I took this with food it seemed a little intense and I felt like I had to eat a little more to quench the extra stomach acid... Now I just take one pill with every full sized meal and not only do I feel less sluggish and have more energy, but I also feel the benefits of reducing my alcohol intake... like the symptoms of leaky gut: brain fog, and low energy. Thank you Dr. David Minkoff for producing another high quality product that addresses the root cause of a lot of illnesses. May you be safe and protected and may your legacy live on.

My husband and I use these almost daily and they help. He was having some stomach issues and these have made that better.

No issue with packaging or quality but the ingredients don't seem to work for me. Gave me a headache and diarrhea. My body just probably Didn't need it. Ill stick to my regular betaine HCL
