This is a wet salt and isn't ground so you get larger crystals which I like. It's very flavorful and easy for those of us who take a pinch everyday for the minerals. 1 bag will last me months. Well worth the price.

I am in my 70s and have been reading the benefits of Baja unrefined Salt so I thought I'd try some. I have not used much salt in the past, but this stuff is very chunky so I had to also purchase a grinder. I often forget to use it because I am not in the habit yet, but I am satisfied with this purchase and think the 14 oz bag is going to last me a good, long while, but when it's time I will most likely purchase the same thing again. I don't know what else to say. Thank you.

Extremely salty too strong it’s not edible

This is the only salt you’ll ever need. Most of us are lacking the vast majority of minerals we need which causes health problems. Since I started uing this salt and a lot of it in my food my blood pressure came way down and I no longer take medication for high bp. More energy, sleep better. Good stuff

Great quality taste, and brings out the flavor of your foods! I also mix a couple pinches into my daily water and it quickly dissolves.
