Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Powder (Fruit Punch, 500 Gram)

I’ve been using this Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The fruit punch flavor tastes surprisingly good — not too sweet and easy to mix with water or juice. It dissolves well, with no clumps or gritty texture. In terms of performance, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my strength and endurance during workouts. Recovery feels faster too. It’s also great that this product is micronized, which makes it easier on the stomach compared to other brands I’ve tried. The price is very reasonable for 500g (76 servings), and the quality is consistent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable creatine supplement with a good flavor option.

Holy hot dog, this stuff is EXTREMELY sweet. No matter how much water I mix it with, it doesn’t really get better. It’s artificial sweetener, so it’s like drinking liquid candy. I’ll try the unflavored one next. This one is not a bit too sweet, it’s overwhelming :/ will update my review if the unflavored is better. UPDATE: I purchased the unflavored version and am adjusting from 3 stars to 5 stars. The unflavored version is truly unflavored. I mix it into my morning glass of water that I drink after waking up. It dissolves completely with just a bit of hot water. I just add some ice cubes to cool it back down after it is all mixed in. I will keep purchasing this product going forward.

Taste is pretty good. Good amount for a fair price. Not sure how well its working, as creatine is one of those things you need to build up. Overall, good product.

This is my first time getting flavored creatine. As creatine, it does what I need it to do. Helps me get those last couple reps at heavy weights. The flavoring part isn’t bad; tastes kind of like old-school red Kool-Aid. But it does make this stuff kind of a standalone use case; no more mixing it into smoothies or tea. You get more bang for your buck with the plain stuff, and you can mix it into things more easily. But this kind is handy for when you’re drinking your creatine straight and want a little flavor in it.

Fruit punch flavor is good, decent, tolerable. Reminds me of flinstones vitamins. Haven’t been using it long enough to tell if I feel or notice a difference but I’m happy that the flavor is not horrible and I can easily add it to smoothies!

I have been using this creatine for 2 years now, and the quality never fails me. My favorite flavor is definitely pineapple mango because it has sweet flavors. The one thing i dislike is the slight aftertaste and the way it doesn't mix all the way so you have some particles in your mouth. Other than that, this product is amazing.

Great taste, but doesn’t dissolve fully. After a solid minute of shaking in a bottle, a deposit of powder will settle on the bottom, and no amount of shaking fully dissolves it. If you don’t shake it up before each sip, you will end up with half the powder stuck to the bottle by the time the bottle is empty. Additionally, the 500g container is too slender to fit your hand inside of, which is a problem considering the included scoop is only about 3 inches long. Once I got to the lower third of the container I had to dump it into a ziplock bag as I could not effectively reach the powder with the provided scoop. The container should either be shorter and wider, or come with a longer handled scoop.

This is the best creatine I've used. Tastes great (Fruit Punch) and the micronized crystals dissolve easily so it's not like your're drinking a glass full of sand. Will buy again. Only needs one scoop for the 5g of creatine. Some others require 2 scoops to get 5g, and taste bad.
