I don't normally buy refurbished electronics. I just don't know enough about them to fix it or find the problem if something goes wrong. With this, I read reviews, comments, did research... When it came in the mail we put it together, got everything set up and bam! It has worked great! We haven't had ONE issue. It does come with 90 day warranty and I believe you even have the option to add extra coverage or warranty if needed. Great for gaming (what we needed it for) my 15 year old's first PC and so far has not dissappointed! UPDATE: Here we are not even a month later and the pc will not run fortnite. It will run Roblox but thats it. It freezes, lags, the keyboard was having difficulties after 3 days. Going to send this back and do some more research =/

Had to return it as soon as I got it. Had issues to where it wouldn’t even turn on. Everything was connected properly, but it would just beep every 3 seconds and light up but never turn on.

With So Many Desktop Options And By This Being My First Desktop I Had No Idea Which One To Choose. This Desktop Definitely Delivered And The Price Is Nice. Not Complaints No Issues No Problems It’s A Great Beginner Desktop. Bought It For The Sole Purpose To Play LSPDFR If You Know Than You Know No Crashes Enough Space I Give It 8.9/10.

Product was good until, the mouse and keyboard stopped working. And then screen started glitching. Thankfully we had extra wireless keyboard and mouse laying around so we have been using that. By the time all of this happened, it was too late to return. But thankfully I had a lady call me today asking about the product and how it was working, I told her my concerns and our issues and they so graciously are sending us a new keyboard and mouse. Communication was great.

If I could give it a zero I would. These are complete garbage, nothing but problems. Says gaming computer, but can't run games properly. Lags and overheats, out puts on the video card so not work. Comes with Bluetooth headphones, doesn't have Bluetooth. I bought one for each of my sons, and they are so disappointed. Such a waste of money.

This computer is pretty great there hasnt really been anything wrong with it. minus having to restart it once in the month ive had it its worked perfectly. i play sims 4 and its flawless it works great for Dayz, Gta5, Hogwarts: Legacy, Fallout, As well as Call of Duty. Its a simple set up the only thing ive had a real issue with is the monitor doesnt really like to stay on it acts as if the cable is loose and it cut out so ive used a diff monitor.

Do not buy unless your ok with a older PC made to look newer. I bought a Dell Optiplex from them back in May, an i5... that turned out to be 11 years old! All of these are the old Hasbro cpu's from 2013. Mine winded up being a i5-4570... which is a 4th gen computer which is old af. I can't play any newer games on it. They also lied about my RAM being DDR5. It's actually DDR3 RAM. And the 24" STG Monitor they sent me died after only 7 months of use. I just had to buy a new monitor. The manufacture date on the one they gave me was from 2022, so even the monitor they sent me was used and faulty. I really hope this gets posted, people need to know about this so they don't get screwed like I did. Had I known I was paying over $300 for a used 11 year old computer I would have went somewhere else.
