My original review was this. This aftermarket Ink. is the best I have gotten. I am very satisfied with it. I gave it a five star review. Less than 100 copies later, the black started leaking on the paper, then the cyan started leaking really bad. I have attached pictures. I returned the cartridges to Amazon. I changed my review to one star. UPDATE: This seller was persistent in making sure the problem was taken care of, and I did not remain a dissatisfied customer. I updated from one star to three stars; I will order from them again, if the product is good, I will update it to five stars

I was skeptical because of the price but took a chance and I'm very happy that I did. I didn't have a chance to install it and it sat next to my HP MFP M277 dw printer for 6 months. I finally did the replacement this weekend. Upon opening the box I found the cartridges well-packed in thick sealed plastic bags in foam cushions. The cartridges are slighty differently shaped than the ones I replaced. They were a little taller in the cartridge tray. I thought they might not work, but the tray closed with no problem. It comes with a printed page of instructions on how to replacer. It could have been clearer on some details, but better than nothing. There is also a page of instructions on how to bypass the OEM cartridge policy. I surprisingly didn't have any re-installation issues. Upon startup, the printer said 'Non-OEM cartridges', but initiated and calibrated anyway. I anticipated some problems, but none popped up. I did test prints and they were clean and clear. I was happy with the printer's output (in normal mode). I would recommend purchasing these cartridges. In fact, I purchased another set (with a surprisingly nice discount) for my dad.

I replaced the Magenta toner, and ever since then it splatters toner all over every print. The drum gets covered in magenta, and I have to wipe it clean every single time I print. If I don’t, the printer becomes unusable. Very disappointed.

Used one so far and it works great. I'm very satisfied with the product for the cost.
