I add it to my tea and drink it along with my tea. I can feel the taste ginger very well. After starting using the first Jar, I ordered another jar for my office.

Quality is very good

I have been purchasing hard to find items on Amazon for years. This time the recipe called for curry leaves (whole or ground). All I found at local stores and online was curry powder with all the ingredients added. My recipe was "from scratch" so I had to grind and mix the curry leaves with the other ingredients. Finding this ground powder allowed me to make the recipe and compare with store bought. It was delicious.

I initially did a "global" star only rating. Today I upped it to 4 stars. It's a good purchase and in so far as this purchase is, so far so good. If do use it for a "tea" some of the powder will reconstitute to "seeds" it seems. However, they were all, so far, appropriately soft. The flavor for "me" - fine. And as a "spice", the flavor takes a moment, then "hits" - so, a little may go a long way until used to how you like to use it. And, I experimented with it, adding it to, e.g., "bitter" things, like some herbal drinks and - it did take the edge off of that to some degree which was a great surprise. It, for me, as some advise - change the body scent of you in some ways. However, for me - nothing disturbing or even negative. But don't be surprised. The only analogy I can think of to educate for that is "beat powder" and or eating beats daily - like a real serving, not some tid-bit chew. I doing your daily "business" if don't keep the beat eating in mind might head to the doctor - whom may have no clue if even your diet is reviewed. So, if start to consume this, as with other spices and herbs, garlic, onion, asparagus... etc., body fluids and colors may, will change, if at least initially. I hope that helps someone.

Fantastic mustard seeds great for making your homemade mustard

Product of India did not fare well in this instance. Not only was the arrival was later than expected, the shocker was that the protective seal of the bottle was completely off. It was stuck to the inside of the bottle cap rather than sealed around the rim of the bottle. I was so upset, not knowing if the product had been tampered with or not, that I tossed it out! So sad, too bad.😢
