I have been using these for 6 years, and they last a good 3 years each set (if not longer). The water beads right off your windshield. These are far superior to even the most expensive windshield wipers you can buy. "The technology that cause the water to bead" is fantastic and last for the life of the rubber on the windshield wiper. I want to be clear. It is not the "beading of water on the window" that ultimately fails BUT the rubber of the windshield wiper (like all others) that eventually wears out. The "water beading" feature lasts as long as the wiper itself lasts. This "water beading" technology is what makes these windshield wipers standout from the competition. They are also priced for a good value at about $19 a piece compared to $59 to $75 for a set for the supposedly best or most high-end priced ones. My only complaint which is NOT with Rain-X but with Mercedes, is that Mercedes unnecessarily makes their windshield wiper connection more complex than it should be. Instead of simple, they believe in complicated for everything. It took me 20 minutes per wiper, cursing like a sailor to get these windshield wipers on the Mercedes arms / connectors. The Mercedes's cars have an unnecessary retaining rod that interferes with the Rain-X attachment making it difficult to get them on. Know that if you work with it long enough, you can get them on correctly without any modifications. It is just a matter of angling the wipers just right to get them on correctly. However, it is well worth it as these windshield wipers are far, far superior to the best competitors brand at likely half the price. I rate A++.

I picked up the Rain-X 810205 Latitude 2-in-1 Water Repellent Wipers, and let’s just say these wipers mean business. I went from squinting through raindrops to driving like I was in an action movie—clear, smooth, and no obstructions. It’s like my windshield had a spa day, and now it's ready to show off. These wipers do double duty—clearing the rain and applying a water-repellent layer. So, not only am I wiping away the wet stuff, but the rain just beads up and slides off. It's like they have a secret power I didn’t know I needed. The wipes are smooth, quiet, and make me feel like I’m driving in luxury (even if it’s just a Tuesday morning commute). The only downside? I’m now oddly excited every time it rains. Who knew wipers could make a rainstorm feel like a breeze?

I’ve used these for years on my 2015 2500hd and love them, I have them on subscribe and save, no issues and completely happy. I recently bought them for my c63 Amg sedan and they’re not acceptable. I confirmed size and installed correctly. The wiper blade sweeps water correctly, the issue is that they don’t hug the windshield all the way across. Specifically, the last 3-4 inches of the passenger side blade doesn’t touch the glass and leaves a smear in the middle of the glass. Also, right in the center of the windshield, where the blades overlap, they leave a smear of uncleared water. I should have returned them but I was so confident having used them for years on my truck that I installed them, threw away all the packaging and left them. I don’t drive the Amg in the rain much so I didn’t notice until about a month later when I washed the car. I didn’t want to give a lower star rating for the product in general, on my truck, 5 stars, on my car, 2 stars

Since I only replace wipers every two years, unless something happens to damage them, it seems that each new iteration brings some slight change in the way you install them. This set was no different. However, a careful read of the instructions quickly fixed that, and the install went easily. They do seem to do a better job of causing water to bead up on the glass rather than simply streaking. I'm well satisfied. I'll probably be using wipers from the same company when I change them on my other car next month, getting ready for winter.

Wipers worked great for about 4 months, now both wipers are streaking and I'm barely able to see in lowlight rainy conditions. No where near the advertised year of use.
