God send tried every vitamins out there all sintetic because gave me migraines NOT these so I know they are natural will always use these now my search is over

I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency so I bought the standard products but they didn't agree with me. So I stopped. I went online and after months found a line in a NIH article that standard vitamin d is made from lanolin, or sheep. Wool. I'm allergic to lanolin. So I tried this and have not experienced any negative effects and am able to treat the deficiency. Minor miracle.

my Vit D was a little low on my lab testing so i started taking these instead of going outside more. they're pretty easy to swallow but i wouldn't try it without some water. i don't really know what the absorbency is but they don't seem to come out the other end so i assume they are absorbed well. i was asked to rate the flavor, it is a capsule so i suppose i could open it and try but i assume that would be awful (i mean, they put it in a capsule so that i wouldn't have to taste it right?). Anyway, they taste like water to me.
