MIUFLY S2 PRO 2K Voice Control Camera, Wearable Camera with Night Vision, GPS, Built in 128G Memory

As an open-air preacher, I often have a body camera on my belt as I witness and engage people. I wear it for personal security, for taking pictures and videos, sharing the opportunities given. The Muilfly Camera has been a great camera, the battery life has worked well, the resolution is well. The ability to playback the video on the camera is a plus. The sound quality is good.

I bought this body camera to replace my really old one that is finally dying. I like the ease of operating the camera. The power is on one side, and the record button on the other. Video looks crisp, and sound is good. My favorite feature of all is the rotating clothing clip. I can turn the clip 90 degrees to the camera and clip to my vest. The lack of this feature is the main reason why I returned two other brands.

Amazon Miufly Review Video BEWARE : It doesn’t work with Mac unless you buy a separate Powered USB Hub This was one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. As you can see it in the video, the camera simply doesn’t connect to the computer and because it DOES NOT have an external storage, all of my videos got lost. This kind of information MUST be shared with the potential customers by simply stating on the listing that this camera will not work with Mac computers. Unfortunately I had to send a video and emails to the seller and they kept saying the same things until I sent them a video. First simply told me that the “USB connecting…” sign that appears on camera’s screen when the camera is plugged into a computer and never goes away meant that the camera was going to connect or connected already, which to me did not make sense. Only after I sent a video to the seller they told me rather casually like “oh by the way, we had some other customers complained about the same issue so it won’t work with Mac Computers unless you buy a powered USB hub/adapter.” I am sorry but I find this behavior unacceptable unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer. It is also bulky and heavy and the the clips that goes on a back pack straps or similar things, are. Or strong. After an hour or so either the camera tilts to the one side and I’m sure the videos are recorded all crooked, even though I haven’t been able to see any of them because I cannot connect the camera to my computer and therefore can’t download them. I will send it back and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

This body camera seems to work fairly well for the purpose. The clip doesn't clip to anything with a good angle so I recommend looking for a third-party compatible magnet with a built-in connection to the camera like the SHARPWITNESS miufly adapter. Without a button lock, buttons get pressed all of the time. Simply build in a sliding button lock so I can slide it to locked and then slide it to unlocked.

The MIUFLY body camera has a rugged, shockproof, and weatherproof shell with easy-to-access buttons. The camera battery lasts for many hours before it needs to be recharged. The charging cable is a small dock that uses a magnetic charging strip inside the docker. The camera kit comes complete with many different mounting clips. I used the belt clip to attach to my waistband, and it has proven to be very handy to own. I just had an incident with a home intrusion attempt, and I had the camera on, which helped the police identify the perpetrators. The video is very clear, even when moving around. As mentioned, I had a recent security incident, and after reviewing the footage, the quality was excellent. The image was clear and stable, even with me jogging and going up and down stairs around my property in the dark. The night vision works incredibly well. The camera is light and doesn't affect the user's movements when worn. There is an emergency audio SOS record button and manual video controls. A neat feature of the camera is the ability to take camera snapshots while the camera is already recording a video file. I have yet to use the voice activation, but that is another nice selling point. Now, I don't leave the house without the camera. There is even a mount option to use it in a car too. I have the belt clip attached to the camera, so I wear it on my waist until I get into the car. After, I take it off my waist and clip it onto my seatbelt strap over my chest while I am riding or driving. This gives me a nice POV in case of an accident or encounter with criminals or law enforcement. When I get to my destination, I remove the camera from the seatbelt and place it back onto my waistband. I don't even realize I am wearing a camera unless I accidentally bump it into a wall or endcap while shopping. This camera compares with the quality of other brands that I have seen law enforcement use. The MIUFLY S2 PRO is suitable for security guards and commercial applications as well as home use. This is a professional quality camera made close to MILSPECs. The only minor problem that I experienced was getting the camera to play nicely with my Origin Neutron Win11Pro AMD/NVIDIA performance desktop. First, I tested the camera with Linux and MacOS, where I was able to see the camera as an external drive when connected, making it easy to copy over recordings. On the Win11Pro test, for some reason, the camera did not appear on the computer. I will have to play around with the drivers and USB cables to troubleshoot my Windows woes later on. I have used this camera for a couple of weeks, and it has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the hardware is excellent, and the video/audio/picture-producing capabilities make clear media files. I will try to update this review with actual footage shot from the body camera.
