Sturdy and well made. Easy to use and comes with some plastic liners so clean-up is quick.

This thing is great! Makes perfect kebabs in just a few seconds. The first run on my kebab grill ended in some of them falling apart. But my mixture was too dry, not the kebab makers fault. Those that stayed on were perfect! Adding a little beef broth next time to make it stick better. Overall I love this little gadget. Already looking for plastic liners to use when these run out.

I bought this kebab maker for my wife. She asked me to get one, she likes making kebabs using new recipes. She said it was easy to use, felt sturdy, the size is just right, the kebab thickness was even, and liked the colors (the yellow one and the “dotted” colored base). The only thing she wish better was the handle, if it could be longer to give more leverage when squeezing the meat so that she didn’t have to put a lot forces. I showed her that all she has to do was leaning her body toward the kebab maker instead of trying to push with only her arm, but well … it didn’t work as I expected since you have to be tall enough relative to the height of the kitchen table 😬

It works great I love it.

The item quality is good overall and its sturdy, however the design is poor, the space for meat is not accounted and you can’t close it all the way down as result the meat is applied unevenly on sides and comes out thin over all. Worth to mention its impossible to apply pressure well as the meat is not sealed and is pushed out from the sides. And the final dealbreaker is out of 7 skewers I have made 3 fall off.

I wish they would add instruction with this item. it's very hard to figure out. I will update if anything changes.

We have tried numerous kabob makers and this turned out to be the easiest one to use. It’s great quality and easy to clean. The meat does not stick to the outside and it’s worth every penny. It’s easy to store and perfect length for Persian kabobs.

High quality, heavy duty, cleans easy. Just make sure not to overfill it otherwise you may risk popping the disposable plastic liner.
