Love this clothing rack! This is basically metro shelving that has been modified to hold clothes. For anyone who doesn't know what metro shelving is, they are the heavy duty storage racks that restaurants use to hold hundreds of pounds of product. It was easy to put together and the instructions were clear. But the most important things to know are proper assembly of the shelves. The clips that secure the shelves to the poles must be right side up (they're marked), they should slide up or down on the pole to click on place, and they need to be positioned at the same height on each pole in the place the shelf will sit. There are single lines and double lines on the poles that help make placement easier. When sliding the shelves on to the clips, do it gently. Don't just drop them on. The clips are meant to sit inside the holes at each corner of the shelf. When it's in place the shelf must be secured. The instructions tell you to use a ballot to secure them, but you can use your own weight to accomplish this. For the lower shelves, simply step on each corner of the shelf keeping your foot on the outer edges of each corner and gently push down gradually allowing it to take more of your weight. For upper shelves pull down on each of the corner edges gradually allowing it to take more of your weight. When you're ready to load your clothes, shoes or other items is best to load from the bottom to the top. If you start at the top you can make the unit top heavy. I got all of my shoes plus an obscene amount of clothes on this rack. I used space saving hangers to maximize the vertical space. And it's nice and secure. That rack is not moving. Anyone who has said this thing was flimsy assembled it incorrectly. And anyone who said it toppled over while they were loading probably loaded from the top instead of the bottom and just made the shelf too top heavy. This unit is great. You just have to follow the instructions and apply a little sense.

I adore this clothing rack. I have a small apartment that does not have any clothing closets. it fits all my clothes and love the color. It was very easy to assemble. I don't have any tools besides the screw driver that arrived with the clothing rack, so i have not been able to attach it to wall for added support. it wobbles if I pull clothes from hanger aggressivley. Besides that its absolutely what was described

Very happy with this clothes rack. I have put together several other products recently (not Raybee) and have been frustrated with useless directions and missing parts. This clothes rack came with clear directions, all necessary parts and good pictures. Probably could have used a few more written explanations, but was still quite easy to put together. Seems very sturdy.
