Just wanted to pop in and say thank you again! This product really helps me manage my hormones, mood swings, and weight! ---------------------------------------------------- Saw & felt HUGE noticeable changes after just a FEW doses! Husband noticed first! Before you read this know I'm actually taking 2 capsules a day (300mg) because of symptom/hormonal severity. This is ALL I'm taking (although I'm adding D Calcium for hormonal liver flushing support and zinc for PCOS hirsutism shortly). Either way, as a mama of 4 who's struggled to keep her sanity up and her belly down for more than 20 years, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND you start taking this NOW. I can't even explain just how amazing it made me feel after just a few doses! HERE's WHY: I'm only on day 3 of Genius DIM and I didn't expect this to work so quickly!! I'm already experiencing incredible transformations in both my physique and mood, with zero side effects. I've battled weight gain, bloating, severe mood swings, hirsutism, and holding huge amounts of fat/bloating in bizarre areas (while the rest of me stayed lean thru exercise!) I've low carbed it forever! I do HIIT and heavy weight lifting multiple times a week and still the weight stuck on and bloat wouldn't go away. At 37 I felt sick and tired of always battling the bulge and bloat associated with extreme PCOS (both estrogen dominance and a significant overproduction of androgens) and the mood swings (worst thing ever!) Frequently the hormones made me feel like I just wanted to scream or beat the tar out of a rock with a baseball bat (no joke, serious mindfulness required to control this level of rage and frustration). I don't have regular cycles (although they come around once every half month to one and a half months) so I never knew when the awful PMDD symptoms would strike. Expect to experience a FEW MOMENTS OF TIREDNESS - although I didn't get the headaches, I've had a few moments where all I wanted to do was sit down and relax for a few minutes - absolutely crazy considering I'm normally so nervous and anxious I just can't hold still. My hirsutism hasn't improved, however that's easily managed (razor anyone??) - and I'm assuming it's because the hormones are racing to flush out of my system. I'm adding zinc shortly and expect to see improvements within 8 weeks as I've gleaned from clinical studies regarding its use. My drive for getting hubby between the sheets went WAY UP a couple of times already in the past few days. He's appreciating this (as am I). You may find yourself slightly more distracted by your partner...just sayin'. You're going to have a lot of energy all of the sudden, so maybe make a list of all the things you've wanted to tackle for years yet never had the energy to do and get out there and do them! You're going to want to lift heavy things and move your body - I can't quite explain why this is, however I'm finding a new found zeal for getting out and moving and lifting HEAVY even though I've always had to force myself to exercise for years. I'll come back and update as things progress as I want to help other mama's with PCOS, PMDD and adenomyosis get their ish-in life back before it's too late.

There is something to be said for how much having kids near 40 throws off your body! I'm familiar with DIM, and very familiar with the stand up quality of Genius Brand. I had been diagnosed with high estrogen after having my second baby, and all that came with it. Hot flashes, mid section weight gain, hair loss, scatter brained, brain fog....its a fun ride. Within days of taking this, I noticed a shift in mental clarity of all things. I felt so much less haphazard, I could focus again!! I was SO much more productive. I work out. BUT the belly fat wouldn't budge until DIM entered the equation. I'm lean, this works. My hair came back. I'm telling you. More lies in balancing hormones than you realize. This not an Estrogen BOOSTER. DIM will address imbalance. Men find it highly beneficial for trimming up, muscle growth and testosterone. I think you will find that mental health as well as physical results are highly affected for both sexes. Clean, excellent product. I trust Genius and love love love this Estrogen Balancer. ***Update*** STILL love this, ordering another one as I type this BUT the craziest thing. I normally have 2-3 week long girl cycles, they suck to be honest. 5 days y’all. 5 NORMAL days. I’m amazed.

At the 8-day mark, I am definitely feeling more like myself. Starting these supplements was one element of my three-pronged approach to pre-menopause's crazy (and sudden) hijacking of my body and soul. Hot flashes, incredibly sudden weight gain and bloating despite regular, pretty intense exercise, awful acne attacks – just total self-esteem sabotage. After our ovaries stop putting out, it's clear nature says to women, "The only one who wants to really work you over now is ME." :) Here are the three things I tried, all purchased here on Amazon. I'm listing them all because I don't know for certain which thing is helping the most, though my suspicion is that it's this product. 1) Genius Estrogen Balance 2) Pharma Quality Bio-Identical Progesterone 3) Smoky Mountain (Bioidentical) Estrogen Estriol Cream. Thing is, at menopause our estrogen is generally plummeting, but also vacillating wildly, too. What you need really is balance. I felt like lightly supplementing with both estrogen and progesterone (topically) and also kind of suppressing my cortisol-based estrogen production (your body aggressively aggregates belly fat at menopause because those adipose cells give it the estrogen it craves after the ovaries stop furnishing it) might help me achieve some balance – but really I have no expertise, and hormone research can leave you rather confused, so this is all bio-troubleshooting. Regardless, I started these three things eight days ago, and here's what I've noticed. 1) My virulent acne outbreaks have receded. I still get a zit or two but not an outbreak of many nasty "undergrounders" that hurt and never really go away. Instead, just small ones here or there. And there's an overall glow to my skin I haven't seen in a while. Very surprising. 2) My sleep is better. Have had zero hot flashes 3) My energy throughout the day is noticeably, wildly improved 4) I feel more alert all day. Then, when I get sleepy, I sleep the sleep of the dead. 5) Finally my algorithmic weight gain is arrested. I've always been trim and athletic, very muscular - probably naturally higher in testosterone than some women. But nothing I did, including intermittent fasting and calorie restriction, could stop this belly bloat phenom – god it was discouraging. But it has stopped, and I am seeing abs poke back out again (weight is still the same, but jeans zip up happily again). So thank baby jeezus for this miracle; I will not have to sacrifice any forest animals. We'll see how it goes over subsequent weeks, but right now I am kind of over the moon with this trifecta. If you're going through menopause right now, a shout of solidarity – keep working to find balance; it doesn't have to be a gauntlet of suffering. Soldier on, my sisters.

I love this supplement. It works really well in a short period of time, but I don't love the price. Microingredients has a big bag for nearly the same cost and double the mg per capsule. I don't think it needs to be double the mgs per capsule since many people say that gives them headaches, but please work on the price. My other feedback is --could you change this to an eco-friendly aluminum pill bottle like Semaine Daily has for their products? Advice if you're taking this. Take as directed and then I like to follow up after my meal with Berberine capsule. This combo helps me not feel bloated all day even after a high fiber meal.

I am taking this as I have struggled embarrassingly with my skin and weight, and as an athlete, I normally had my weight under control. With my fitness coach, i could lose weight fast, stay shredded for fitness competition, but this year after getting ill with malaria, my immunity was crushed trying to fight it. I have felt drained for months, dizzy and just dragging all the time that my boss was concerned about my work performance, insane food cravings that I normally don't have, and unable to lose weight, looking pudgy, puffy, thick and just heavy and higher bodyfat and water weight than usual. And just zero energy. My gym perfomance has been horrible, dragging in the gym, slow to get out of bed, moody and can gain weight super fast despite working out something that normally did not happen, so i know something is wrong internally. My mood is wild and frustrating and anxious all the time and severe depression. It's been super discouraging. Then I remember a few days ago that when diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago, I used DIM and other key minerals to counter the effects of the horrible treatment which cause major estrogen dominance and weight gain, which was a fight, but eventually finished the treatment and continued with the DIM. So far I have taken this for just one day, the Genius Beauty Ive just received this evening, I slept extremely well yesterday and I dropped weight from 127lbs to 125lb overnight no change in diet (yesterday ate 3 slices of pizza, green juices, and eggs and dinner rice protein veggies and did walk for 20 min) no cleanse or diuretic. So that was a bit of a shock but nice. I have eaten like crap today so not expecting another overnight miracle but did have amazing energy at work, just solid clear productive energy, positivity as well, just more happy than usual and I am so grateful. I will update this in a few weeks to see the progress. My prayer is continued weight loss from my legs as the weight and inflammation has been really painful on my small frame and not being able to fit in my clothes has sucked and the continued energy to get thru my days and hopefully get rid of the depression and kick the cravings to get back on track with my health and fitness.

I'm in my late 30's, and have awful hormonal acne and overall brain fog/fatigue. I've been to the doctor multiple times, insisting there has to be something wrong with my thyroid, to no avail. I got on ADD medicine to help with focus, and resigned myself to thinking it must be normal to constantly feel tired and foggy. I initially ordered this supplement hoping it would help with my skin. The first 7-10 days taking DIM were ROUGH. I felt SO tired and run down. I also felt bit anxious/jittery for a couple hours after taking it every day. I started taking it at night to try to sleep through the side effects. That helped, but I still felt so run down. I was debating quitting, but wanted to try to power through the adjustment stage because I was seeing changes in my skin. After googling side effects, I saw a few suggestions to take a liver supplement along with this to help with the "detox." That suggestion was a game changer. I picked up a random liver supplement (Liverite) that had decent reviews a week ago, and noticed a near-immediate difference. No more being so exhausted that it felt like I had a horrible case of mono. Yay! After 3 weeks, my skin is markedly more clear. It's pretty amazing, actually. My face somehow feels softer and more glowing. Like "fresh" skin, rather than dry or dull. Almost all of the lingering cystic acne I had is gone, and new bumps aren't popping up. Since adding the liver supplement, I've unexpectedly noticed a substantial decrease in brain fog and increase in energy. I am not "rah rah" cheerleader peppy, but I have a lot more energy and overall increased well-being. I've lived with this foggy, "something isn't right" lack of energy for probably a decade. I'd resigned myself to thinking it must be normal, since my typical blood panel was fine. Now that I'm feeling the fog lift, I'm realizing how NOT normal it was. This product isn't giving me unnatural energy or anything; it's more the absence of exhaustion. It's awesome, and I'm so glad I stuck it out. Reading through the reviews, I can't tell if this product has fallen victim to the typical "free/cheap product for a review" deal common on Amazon or not. There are a ton of reviews in a short period of time, so I was skeptical. After doing some non-Amazon research, I decided to give this product a shot, anyway. I paid the regular price and found this product on my own.

Long story short I'm 27 and I started taking birth controle. After the first month of bc I was having extreme depression, acne and migraines and was crying almost every other night. I completly lost my sex drive at which at that point I decided bc was not for me. The acne had gotten to a point I was crying doing my makeup in the morning for work. My skin was generally clear before the bc. I stopped taking the bc and waited a week but the acne was still getting worse and more painful and deep. I bought this praying to God it would help, the first week I took it religiously every night at6pm, I woke up with morning dry eyes and headaches but by noon I feel extremely energetic and good but a little lithargic. At the end of the first week I notice my acne had all dried up with 1 or 2 popping up here and there. By the middle of the second week all I have now is scabs and little pink marks and a bit of peeling where acne use to be. My skin looks and feels healthy again and have no developed any more deep pimples. REAL TALK my depression is gone and I genuinely believe this is to thank because now in stressful situations I'm not getting overwhelmed or upset like I use to even before bc. I am feeling like I can take on the world. I am really f******* thrilled I found this supplement!!!

I have been suffering the most terrible symptoms of menopause after my complete hysterectomy, I tried several products from my doctor, over the counter supplements that the gynecologist recommended... Nothing, I was on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy... nothing, other products from Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok that claim to be miraculous and NOTHING! This is the only one that takes away my hot flashes. I can't live without this product, it takes a couple of weeks to start working but it works 100%. I found it in 2020 I have always taken 1 pill a day in the morning, but in 2023 when I tried BHRT they stopped working! In fact my symptoms returned and I was so angry paying literally thousands of dollars for that treatment that insurance doesn't pay for. I went off BHRT, tried other products like I said but nothing gave me the relief like this product, so praying that it would work again I reordered it and thank God it did. I am finally hot flash free again. I do not write to much reviews but this is 100/100
