Excellent purchase, highly recommended I am extremely satisfied with this Shark robot vacuum. The setup was very easy, and from the first use you can tell the quality of the product. It does an amazing job picking up dust, hair, and dirt, and the mapping feature works great, cleaning in an organized and efficient way. I love that it automatically returns to its base and works almost completely on its own, saving me a lot of time. It’s perfect for hard floors and cleans very well, even in corners. Definitely a great investment that makes daily cleaning much easier and keeps my home spotless. I would absolutely buy it again. ⭐✨

I ordered this vacuum about a month and a half ago, and within a few weeks, a small plastic piece on the vacuum broke, making it completely unusable. Amazon replaced the entire unit, but when the replacement arrived, it was already broken right out of the box. This time, a plastic piece on the charger had snapped, making it inoperable. These are clear design flaws due to how cheaply the product is made. It might be lower priced, but you definitely get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product. I have several other shark vacuums and have never had any issues. I have the other two and one shark robot vacuum that cost nearly twice as much as this one, and it has lasted me over a year now. Very disappointed. I do like the shark app and have three other shark robot, vacuum vacuums, which is the only reason I am even remotely interested in purchasing another.

Very happy with this robot vacuum and mop, it’s a great help around the house, it does my job of every single day, love the quality of this product and the battery life is endless, I will recommend to anyone specially if you have pets at home .

I love this machine. I live in a very dusty environment with one large long-haired dog. My work requires that I am away from the house (about 1200 sq ') for a week at a time. Whenever I would return, the 1st thing I would notice is all the dog hair under the kitchen table, grit on the floor and on my socks and feet. It was overwhelming and I would put off mopping until I addressed the stuff floating around on the floor. Once I started running the Matrix that all my cleaning anxiety went away. It was easy to download and use the app. I found the mapping fairly accurate and easy to select just a room or schedule running while the dog and I are out. It still bugs him but it's worth the dog anxiety to keep his fluff picked up. I have not used the mop and may not since it's even enough now to run the robot vacuum and then do a quick mop. This robot runs on luxury vinyl and carpet. It also get onto corners and does not bump into my furniture. I have watched it run and it does as good a job, if not better as I could with a broom on the vinyl. Overall, I am very pleased with the machine and would recommend it if you have an open living floor plan and few obstacles. It did get stuck a couple of times tryng to get behind the couch but typically it runs for about 90 minutes, empties itself and return to the dock with no issues. I did watch for a good price on a refurbshed model during the holidays. Absolutely no regrets in spending the bucks on this one.

I can't believe I paid to upgrade my roborock (so I could have the auto emptying feature. I figured shark would be competent. Boy was I wrong! I only have one dog, a German Shepherd, and it won't even pick up the hair from him. It's like it doesn't have enough power to empty everything into the base so hair gets stuck in the exit port and then I get an error message every time and have to go pull it apart and clean everything out by hand. And the hair gets lodged in every part exposed to air flow. And then the vacuum doesn't even pick up the hair off the hard floor very well.... Forget the carpet. It also goes in random patterns and I don't know if it's doing the whole floor. My robo Rock used to do the perimeter then go back and forth until the whole floor was covered. And it would show me the history, with every path tracked so I knew exactly where it went. The shark only has shaded areas showing what rooms were done!! RoboRock mapping was much more versatile. I could map out any part of the house and set a cleaning schedule for it. I could schedule any room or combination of rooms and any day and time. I could draw areas and merge them to create whatever shape I needed. With the shark, if you want to set a schedule for something, you get just one option, ONE time per day. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! I need to go find my paperwork and, if I'm still within the return window, it's going back!! (I probably could have done it in the time it took to write this)

So far everything is working.

Worked for the first 6 months then had an error almost every use. I have 2 huskies, does well on carpets for the hair but misses and jams every time on no carpet areas. Could not reach most areas for under counter cabinets and would get stuck under table often.

Have had a Shark stick vac for several years and it’s been great for dealing with pet hair, so I figured automating this process would be a win. Unfortunately, the item is packaged in such a way that a heavy chemical perfume from the included sample bottle of mop cleaner permeates the packaging and the plastic of the unit itself, rendering the unit unusable inside the house. Shark does not offer an unscented product. Overall the unit feels cheap and flimsy.

A mi me loego como nueva. La compre sin ver los comentarios y me asuste, pero al ver el empaquetado (pero no el original y sin el instructivo) me asuste, pero en realidad solo faltaba eso. La limpieza del tanque es manual Le tienes que colocar acua cada que vaya a limpiar. Lo que no contemple fue el liquido que esta aprox > 700 mx y no es 1l Viene de regalo una botellita Si limpia muy bien solo que tiene un rechinido medio raro cada que "trapea" En fin. Estoy contenta con la compra
