My fault for not checking size but very expensive for small bottle

Not good value for money, it was only 100ml for £5. I didn't read the info properly & expected 500ml because i usually pay £5 for that. Was not allowed to return it.

This is the tiny sample size worth £1…..not the larger size worth £5. I have tried to ask for a refund however it won’t allow refund.

I’ve been using this for a while, and it’s super easy and gentle. It removes makeup quickly without leaving my skin feeling greasy or tight, which I really appreciate. I like that it works on all skin types, because my skin can be sensitive, and I haven’t had any irritation. It’s small and convenient, especially for travel or throwing in my bag. I usually use it with a cotton pad, and it takes off everything (even mascara!) But with minimal rubbing. It’s simple, effective, and something I always keep around.

I was hoping to prefer this over my vichy micellar water (it's so much cheaper) .. but I just don't. It's still a lovely product and I like the travel size. Using micellar water feels so much cleaner and refreshing then regular makeup removers. I also found this summer reaching for it to wipe over my face to refresh from the heat.
