The quality of the product was fine, i just think that natural hog casing is better.

Easy to cut, soak and use. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Threads onto spout easily. Quality doesn't tear easily. No off taste or smells. Thin membrane cuts well and ties securely.

Collagen vs natural casing
This was the first time using the collagen casings. I’m still having a debate with myself on them. They worked fine. Just unsure of the finished product. I maybe filled them too much. I had more blowouts than I usually do with natural casings
