I have been using this liquid amazing for some time now and it's been great. It really saves time with mixing different powders in water with the right temperature to mix well and drinkable. This one is just measure out the serving and go. This is an amazing before workout supplement I have added for my occasional push in the gym.

This liquid carnitine js a great way to add easily absorbable carnitine inti your pre-workout and help keep you energized. It's very thin liquid like water, and obviously mixes with no issue. When mixed into my pre-workout, I don't notice anything with taste as it blends in quite well. I think it does help offer some steady energy, but it's really hardly any effect. This seems like a quality product, but I think the claims for what carnitine can do are a bit exaggerated, regardless of whether it works. If you're interested, it won't hurt to give this a try.

The taste is fine (had a similar product with black pepper which needed washing down). I use the 1/2 capful in small glass of water method. pour it in the glass. Fill the cap with water a couple of times. add the rest of the water. This keeps the cap clean and doesn't waste any of the product. Results will vary with expectations. Some L-carnitine supplements have several other active ingredients. Some people will choose a one-and-done pre/post workout supplement and judge results accordingly. Others use a stack method. Judging the results of the combination is more difficult, unless you introduce each part systematically and give each step enough time to notice the effect. Otherwise, you're trusting to research and testing by others. This seems a quality product. Pricewise, I haven't compared other options.
