Be careful
Be careful when taking these out of the jar they do not seem to be full and some of them or not tightly put together. A few other capsules in the bottom were broken when I first opened it, I take them all out to count and two were broken.

Ordered in October. First time success. Had to try again in December. Again. Success. Previously had some issues. With this supplement, one and done. Has all the ingredients I was looking for rolled up into one natural supplement. Would recommend trying at least for those looking. Personally, it worked for me. Dosage is two pills so not hard to ingest. Neutral taste as it’s capsulated. Affordable considering other alternatives on the market.
