This USB WiFi adapter has worked perfectly for me.The connection is stable ,fast,and easy to sep up.I simple plugged it into my computer, and within minutes I was connected to the network without any problems

Works immediately easy set. Definitely will be pass the unreliable ac 9560 adapter that fails on Windows 11.

cd wouldnt stay in the reader, downloaded driver package wouldnt load to computer, completely took out my drivers from previous usb wireless, spent hours on system restore and repairing programs and drivers and scanning for malware and spyware

After writing this review, I was contacted by the seller. They shipped a replacement (1) for the two that I bought; it arrived within a few days. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. They do seem to want to make good on their service and warranty. I am using the single replacement now; I'll see how long it lasts. Initial review: "I ordered two; one for my PC and one for my laptop. The one for my laptop quit after 2 months; the one for my PC worked intermittently after 3 months. I put both in the trash."

Work for it perfect

So far this little thing works great. Easy install since windows already sets it up for you, just plugged it in and connect with network. EASY...a kid could do this. Great signal strength and download speeds for my needs. I never had to contact technical support so I can't comment on that which is fine by me. I would buy this again if I get another computer that I don't have a wifi card in or no ethernet cord/connection directly. So far, no problems, no difference to me on it being wifi as opposed to ethernet direct connection.

My Internet signal was unstable. It worked and then I would lose it. Since using this, my laptop picks up the wifi signal just fine. Easy. All I did was plug it in and my computer detected it. The package contained instructions and a disc, but I didn't need any of it.

Nice way to bump up your Wi-Fi speed on an older device, nice! it's Plug and Play no special drivers needed just plug it in and connect to your Wi-Fi

Sur mon vieux portable de 15 ans je réussi a faire du 20 Mbits , c' est déjà mieux que la vitesse que je pouvais avec la carte original soit 4 Mbits, pour info j'ai un forfait de 500Mbits

While this Wifi adapter supports 5GHz and Wifi ac protocol, speeds would never reach the advertised ranges because the it’s limited by USB 2.0 USB speeds. I have a 1.5G fiber speed internet and I could only reach 50 Mbps speed on the upload and download on 5G. I was expecting higher ranges especially for 5G. I would recommend looking for other Wifi adapters with USB 3 speeds.

Used to upgrade wifi capabilities of an old Dell Latitude e6 series. This adapter worked as advertised and reports as Wifi-5 compliant with the latest gigabit Rogers router.
