A very fine, very dark, cocoa powder with no sugars or flavors added. I use it in my hot black coffee. This is probably best for baking but if, like me, you want the health benefits of dark chocolate without carbs and calories, then this is what you are looking for.

This cocoa powder is outstanding. It's incredibly smooth; full-flavored but not overpowering despite the intense black color. I added some to my morning coffee and I think this will quickly become a habit :) No negatives. Fat content on a per-gram basis is slightly lower than some others (if my calculations are right) but it tastes great. I haven't baked with it yet but if I notice any issues I'll update this review. As a "chocoholic" (and with a relative who's a pastry chef), I've tried the high-end brands and this one is right up there. Excellent value. I'll definitely buy again!

Good product. I used this to create a dye-free black frosting for cake decorating. Turned out fantastic! The color was a deep black color, and the frosting tasted like oreo flavored brownie batter! Good purchase.

This is delicious! It raises the bar for chocolate cake. The flavor is more Oreo than cocoa. It makes the batter or frosting black instead of dark brown. I have bought several of these because it isn't available to me locally.

Really good, makes homemade ice cream, baked goods delicious, came on time, but not happy w price/what's happening to world wide cocoa, tariffs forcing exorbitant price for 16 oz. Other than that, great product! Pic is my homemade chocolate, tofu/Greek yogurt sugar free mini cheesecake topped w choc sauce, all made with this product, came out really good!

The cocoa powder arrived in good condition except for small indentations on the four corners. Nothing to get upset about. Best Buy date is 10 months in the future, not near as much as my previous order of it. Not sure how freezing the cocoa might affect its texture or quality, but I think it will likely be fine regardless of when I use it. This is my favorite black cocoa and I wholeheartedly recommend it for baking.
