We're very much enjoying our shower unit! We've had it installed in our outdoor shower and it's become the favourite shower of 3 in our house. Great pressure and we love the 2nd wand feature... which also helps when it comes time to give the dogs a rinse after a romp on the beach! It functions & looks great and so far it far exceeds what you might expect for the affordable price point.

Great out door shower unit! Has wonderful water pressure to clean up fast! You will need to make sure you winterize it.(turn off and drain the water, leave the valve open so the water can expand in case of freezing weather). My cartridge failed the second year, and after contacting the company's customer service dept. they went above and beyond to get my issue resolved! 5 stars for their quick response!

Received item, looked great and worked well when installed. A few weeks later it started to leak. I emailed seller and they had the best customer service. They responded quickly and numerous times. Gave us instructions on how to fix it. That didn’t work and they immediately sent a replacement part. Easy to install and now working perfectly again. Thanks so much for the best customer service. It’s working great in our outdoor shower.

I guess I'm an outlier here but I'm having a horrible time getting this thing together and functional. Water leaks everywhere, I fix one side and the other one leaks. One knob is a bit wobbly, might be the problem, instructions are terrible, a bunch of different sized washers that they don't tell you where they go. Had to take it apart, redo with washers, have disassembled the knobs from water lines 10 times already! Worst part is, I don't have a shower specific on off switch so I can't have the water on in the rv! Super frustrated, going to call customer service tomorrow but frankly I know I'm doing it right, it is pretty basic, so not sure how they're going help. **Had to call a mobile rv repair to stop the leaks, ended up capping the connector lines because shower wouldn't stop leaking, everywhere! After a week without water, at least I have water now, but still no shower. Bought simple set from repair guy, have to pay labor for them to come back out to install. All tolled, $400!! Returning!

The outdoor shower is incredible! So is the customer service! I failed to drain the shower correctly prior to a hard freeze. The valve to change water from the wand to the shower head broke. I emailed customer service a pic of the broken part and they replaced the part for free! Amazing!

Great shower. Easy to follow instruction and works well. High quality. The height adjustment of the rain shower and the handheld shower is a plus. During winter, easy to disassemble the handle to protect it from freezing. Would buy again and recommend.
