I’ve tried plenty of probiotics and most of them either did nothing. I bought this in hopes of losing a few pounds, that has NOT happened. So why the 5 star review. For the first time in a very, very, long time I do NOT have heartburn all the time. I went to gastrologists, taken Nexium and blah blah blah do not work great nor did I want to continuously take heartburn meds. This works for me, I didn't really notice this right away, but it dawned on me after eating a veggie heavy Mexican meal with onions and peppers, no heartburn WHAT?? I cannot state this strong enough, I will take this as long as it works.... hopefully for a very long time. SO happy I'm tearing up a bit, not kidding. I do not know if this is story for others, but this is my love of Bioma Probiotics.

This really works...have had GI imbalances for years post abdominal surgery years ago. Taking this daily has helped with extreme bloating, indigestion and flatulence and irregularity. Expensive no doubt but worth results I've seen. Taking it now for approx 6 months. Whole thing abt losing weight per manufacturer, I haven't seen a big shift in that to be honest. I didnt buy this supplement for weight loss... I bought it for fostering healthy gut flora and homeostasis. I recommend it for that reason only.

I am with Suzanne; this hasn’t given me results as advertised. I have had no weight loss and have developed more flatulence during the month I have taken it. I get maybe 3 good hours of sleep every night. I don’t know what the ingredients are specifically for so I don’t know whether to continue on subscription program or not. Everyone is getting in on the “weight loss” gimmick so I don’t know if this is the right path for me.

A masterclass in gut health. Very potent formula for anyone with a sensitive stomach. I feel much more energized now that my gut is finally in balance.

Helps curb hunger, seem to have more energy, I haven’t noticed a significant amount of weight loss yet, but I’m not giving up. I feel like it is a good probiotic.
