Sturdy, lightweight and smooth to operate
This rollator is a game changer! Love that with one pull of the strap the rollator will fold in some to allow to go through narrow spaces. Then just snap to lock it back in place. This will be great on cruise ships! The basket holds everything needed for an outing. The seat is very small, but even my plus size bottom can sit on the edge when a quick break is needed. It is lightweight, easy to fold and load in the vehicle. The large wheels allows for smooth operation. Fantastic walker!

It’s great!
I love this walker. It was easy to assemble right out of the box, with a helpful instruction booklet. It looks good, rolls smoothly, and wheels are perfect size for going most places. Lightweight, easy to fold and unfold for transport. Not good for those with super-poor balance, but is a great walking and standing assist for most walking support. It’s 3 wheels ( not 4), so care should be taken when walking and sitting; it provides ample support.

Nice Rollator but Check for Missing Parts
I ordered this rollator for my 86 yr old mother to use, keep in the car for when we are out n about going to appointments and shopping. This rollator seemed like it would fit our needs + comes in this pretty purple which is my mother’s favorite color and has a seat to sit on. We need something more compact for the car than what she has for her home which is big ,bulky and cumbersome to get in and out of the car. Plus, I need a rollator that fits into all 3 of my cars trunks. The Positives: I really like this rollator for its purple color option, stability, turns easily on dime, brakes are good, has a seat with compartment bag, easy assembly, easy fold down, lightweight and it fits into 2 of my smallest cars trunks, a 2012 MX-5/Miata with no room left for other things + a 2016 Scion FRS with room left for other things. Additionally, it fits into my 2016 Subaru Outback with room left over for other items. The Negatives: I did not care that it arrived in a banged up box with a hole. I was disappinted that It looked like a used / returned item, repacked and shipped out to me. When I buy products at full price I expect them to arrive to me brand spanking new unless I purposely buy it used with a nice discount price. Additionally, I was disappointed that it was missing parts, the 2 sets of knobs, screws and washers to hold the handle bars at the desired height. I noticed too that the pack List in the instructions do not list the 2 sets of knobs/screws/washers that are essentail to lock the handlebars at the desirable height nor the knob/screw/washer to lock in the front wheel. Plus, it lists 2 front wheels in the pack list which this rollator does not have, lol. It only has one wheel in the front. Other than the issues above, I do have to say it is a very nice rollator. I only gave it 4/5 stars because of the missing parts + appeared to me to be a used/returned item sent to me.

Functional, Lightweight, and everything I needed.
I searched for hours looking for the right walker, and this was it! This thing is light yet durable! It is functional, sturdy, easy to fold, easy to maneuver. It rolls over obstacles like it has off roading wheels. They just climbed right over everything. Now I am not the most aware of my surroundings and I knew I would clip every corner of life in my house with four wheels, so I knew I needed a more narrow 3 wheeler that I could also still use to sit if I needed quick break. Thats not an easy walker to find believe it or not. Now I still clipped the back tires but they would just roll right over doorway baseboards and whatever got in my clumsy way. I only needed this for recovery from a massive back surgery recovery but I'm so hesitant to get rid of it because it is such a good walker and who knows if I may need it again but all I know is this was my life saver and huge part of my life this past 7 months. Oh and the brakes hold up strong enough to help support me using it to stand myself up.

Great walker but very creaky
Another Update: I have now owned 3 of these bad boys. And they just keep getting worse somehow. the first one I reviewed below. The second one I had for a few months with no issue and then all of a sudden something started happening with the wheels where one would stop rotating and I couldn't steer straight, it would veer to one side or the other. I tried taking all the wheels off and cleaning them all out, assuming that maybe some hair got stuck in them as per usual with this rollator. That didn't fix anything. I checked everything I could possibly check. It just wasn't working so I got a new one. This one i purchased, as of now, about a month ago and somehow, already, this thing is already so wobbly that I cant put any weight on it. the joint in the front that connects above the front wheel is loose. I have the tools to tighten it, but it wont budge at all. I tried and tried and tried. Even my housemate tried and nothing. Update: I'm lowering my rating from a 4 to a 1. This thing is a pain. The storage bag underneath has started shredding after 5 months. You can see in one of the images where I had to fix it. And the other image where it's shredding by the zipper, I had already fixed that and now it's shredding again. The breaks on one side have snapped on the inside of the handle so I can't fix it. It still creaks. The wheels collect SO much hair? And it's not my hair so when you want to clean it you need to take the wheels off to take out the hair. Which is a pain. The company doesn't have great customer service. The airport lost part of the cane clip on this rollator (that I use regularly) and they airport couldn't find it so when I reached out to walk mate to ask if I could purchase a replacement I couldn't get any help. FIRST REVIEW: I would have absolutely given this walker 5 stars if it, after one use, wasn't making an awful loud creaking noise coming from both sides of the walker. It has fantastic storage underneath and it folds up great to stick in the back of the car. the cane holder attachment is great. There's a water bottle mesh pocket on the side of the storage back in the front which is really nice. Again, great walker. highly recommend. Just be prepared for it to creak

Nothing to brace/keep open while in use
There is nothing to brace/support this open while in use. Aside from that I liked it just fine. We’ll either return it or rig something to ensure it does not close while in use. Quite light but seems sturdy except too easy to fold sides together.

Perfect For Smaller People
I sent back a 4 wheel, 17.5lb Walkmate rollator and got this one instead. It appears that it will work perfectly for me. I'm traveling to Europe and there will be many walking tours. The all terrain tires on this should go over cobblestones and rough areas easily. I can get it up and down stairs because it is only 10.5 lbs. I fold it, tuck it under one arm like a crutch, and hang on to the railing with the other hand. I was unable to get the 4 wheel, 17.5lb rollator up and down stairs. This 3 wheel has a smaller "footprint" and is far less bulky than the 4 wheel. I would not hesitate to take it inside old valuable buildings. With the 4 wheel, I would always be afraid of bumping into something valuable. Putting it together was not difficult, but it did take some figuring out. You should probably watch the video. I like the big adjustment "wheels" rather than the "umbrella buttons." They are much easier to use. This 3 wheel model does not have as many adjustments as the 4 wheel model. Only the handles are adjustable up and down. The seat is a comfortable height for me but it, and the wheels, are fixed in one position. The rollator appears to be sturdy and well made, with nice even welds. The are no sharp edges. The strap on the seat making the rollator fold or lock, takes a little practice. Once it is folded, however, it does not drift apart like the 4 wheel. Once folded it will not roll, even a few feet, so you have to pick it up or drag it. Besides being a walking aid, it is a portable chair. The seat is not especially comfortable but it supports your bottom and gets the weight off your legs. I would not use it to sit at a table at a restaurant, but it will be very welcome when the tour guide stops to point out this or that. The basket underneath can hold a ton of stuff. Just remember that it makes it a little difficult to fold and you have to drag the extra weight up and down stairs. Suggest you use it just for a light jacket, a bottle of water and sunglasses. I would not put a purse or valuables in it. This three wheel model will not work for everyone. A friend told me that her husband cannot use three wheels because he has balance issues and tends to go over. For balance problems, or if you are a big heavy person, you will just have to make the 4 wheel one do. Suggest you get a zip closed cover for it with a handle. You can check it at the airport counter as you are boarding and not get charged a bag fee, and you can still have your 2 carry-ons. I checked with the airline on this. A cover will keep it from getting scratched or from catching the brake cables on something. (If you buy too many souveniers the bag can always be used as extra luggage, although without the rollator in it you will be charged extra.)

Ideal for the slight of build
Perfect size for my 85-lb mother, lightweight (but sturdy), easy to assemble, use, and fold up for travel. This is much better than the walkers with the tennis balls. The cane holder is a nice accessory, and I just bought a universal cup holder. Mom loves it, and you can’t beat the price.
