You won't want to go back to a bucket & mop!
Easy to assemble & simple to use. I like that it doesn't have lots of fiddly unnecessary attachments, just literally for your floors. Tried it out on dirtiest part of kitchen floor & came up really clean. Floor not left soaking wet, just a light sheen that evaporates quickly. So much better than a cumbersome bucket of water & dripping mop. Very light & easy to move around & gets into edges & corners.

Good product and does what it's supposed to do.
I use this steamer for my floors in my home and works well. It does not leave my foors soaking and my floors dry in minutes. It was easy to set up when i took it out of the box and the instructions came with it. Its good at cleaning up dust and dirt with little fuss and glides easy enough on tiles and wooded floors. More tougher marks does require some hard pressing scrub action but only to be expected. It doesn't take long for it to be ready to use and the cloths come apart from the mop for easy cleaning. Filling it with water is very easy, just open the lid on the front and put the water into it. The water in it seems to last a good while before it needs topping up again. The head of the mop is fixed into place, it does not turn left or right which is an issue because being able to have a head which moves/swivels would imporve control and make cleaing even easier. It's lightweight but I have owned lighter steam mops. I'm not sure if some people might find it a little heavy but I don't think they would. Overall I think it is a great product for the price and does what i brought it for so would recommend.

Very impressed
I purchased this for my mother, who was currently using a mop and bucket for cleaning her kitchen floor. Mum has a couple of dogs, and although she dries them as best she can, those little feet always leave some residue that isn't always highly visible. The mop and bucket aren't some old-fashioned vintage stuff; they're made by a highly reputable company, but they still leave residue. This steam Mop is very impressive, and it only requires a small amount of water to do a perfect job. It also heats up almost instantaneously and pushes the steam to directly the mop head (cloth). It is so effortless to use and glides across the floor lifting the dirt and leaving only a light residue of water that dries up in a few minutes. The mop head (cloth) is triangular and this allows for precision cleaning in tight areas and ensures you are getting the best clean possible. The whole unit is lightweight and requires no hard pressure or scrubbing to achieve a beautifully clean floor. Mums kitchen floor is laminate and she hasn't experienced issues with warping or any other types damage. The mop comes with 2 cloth heads the floor and another that can be used on carpet or rugs although we have not used them at the point of writing this review. Mums kitchen is about 18ft square and having two cloth heads allows you to swap one out if it becomes dirty and replace with the second whilst on the go. The mop heads are machine washable and always come out looking brand new, the whole device has been very well thought out and is very sturdy and very compact so can be easily stored in a small cupboard. This has made mums life so much easier and her kitchen floor has never been cleaner. I am happy to say this gets the mum seal of approval and she said for me to give the review 10 stars. Highly recommended and the price is very reasonable.

Unbelievably bad
Bad to worse from start to finish. The product's cheapness took me by surprise. It is a very light and flimsy cheap plastic item, probably made for a grand total of 50p. It reminded me of something my nan had from the 70s. The assembly was a guessing game as the instructions are vague at best. Then it's a further guessing game to know whether it was revving up, whether the light would go green or off, or whether it would do anything it all. Sadly, all four of those options turned out to be incorrect. Once I'd assembled it I got the water in which is marked by the maximum line on the tank, even though the jug had seemingly pointless measurements on it. Turned it on and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. I managed to make a cup of tea and feed the cat in this time, till I went back and it was still cold and the light was still orange. So I decided to start moving it around the floor to see whether it would do anything. Suddenly it burst into life for a very short sharp puff of steam. I got a bit optimistic at this point and decided to stop, check the tank and carry on. The short sharp puff was all it had to offer. About 35 minutes later, the tank was finally hot, but only about as hot as you'd comfortably eat a bowl of soup. And the mop was doing sweet naff all and my floors were still not clean. After a quick Googling and looking at reviews it turns out mine like many others just heats the water tank, gives a short pathetic hint at a bit of steam and then nothing. No matter how many times you turn it off and on and move it around the floor. Don't both with this folks, really quite pathetic. Sending this back asap.

Good steam mop
It works great but it's not very efficient at cleaning hard floors. The water storage is quite small but it does good(380 ml), it's easy to set up and use but I'm not sure this product was for me but it may be better for others. its mostly good for cleaning light dirt. and the quality feels like cheap plastic is a massive concern for me. Its mostly good for carpet and hard floors.
