Not good at all. In all my years of baking. First time got a very bad experience.
Very sandy texture. Mouth tastes likes fine sand crystals.

Value for money !
This is dutched cocoa powder ( treated with alkali to reduce acidity ) . For those without prior knowledge of cocoa powder , dutched cocoa powder has a much milder flavor and a more balanced taste than natural cocoa powder . Great value for money.
