It's recommended to take 4 capsules a day which can feel like a lot, but after using this product for several months my hair is a lot thicker.

Nutrafol is expensive but it does work - take 4 capsules daily
Hang in there. If you take it as directed you will notice new growth perking up. Give it at least 3-4 months taking 4 pills each day. You will see your hair coming back and better. I feel like I have baby virgin hairs growing in and they are so cute. The best part is I have no “see-through. Being a light blonde is hard. I’m glad this is giving my hair back.

I have used Nutrafol for 3 years with good results. Expensive!

Beware
This product literally made me sick. It contains totally unhealthy levels of B12. Elevated B12 levels can cause nausea, heart palpitations, and other symptoms. I contacted Nutrafol multiple times but they just referred me to the seller (Amazon) which is ridiculous because the problem is with their product.

Dosage
I really like this product. My hair feels thicker. My only complaint is the label read 120 quantity. I take 4 everyday. At the end of the treatment there is only 3 doses left. It seem to happen all the time
