Very easy to use, comes with different modes and 5 adjustment levels for each. What I love about it is that I can use it for just simple cleaning or more advanced skin care such as the radio frequency and micro current and it does not leave my skin irritated or dry. It can be used in other parts of the body but haven’t tried it yet. Need to use lotion or gel for it to work best. Fast to charge and lasts long, comes with standing charging stand so doesn’t take too much space on my sink counter. Very light weight. Great value for the price in comparison to similar products with those features. So far love this new addition to my skin care routine. Definitely recommend!

I really wanted to love this device, I mean it has the potential but the best grade is only 3.5 stars, not more. Pros: 1. Easy to use and sits comfortably in hands. 2. Has 5 levels of intensity 3. Holds the battery well 4. EMS mode is very good. Strong impulses. Cons: 1. The manual has typos. This is unapologetic for a device with this price tag. Plus it raises some questions, if they didn’t check such basic thing as the spelling, is the product safe to use? 2. The heating turns on only for a few seconds, then it gets too hot and it shuts off, after a few seconds it turns back on again. I would much rather have the heat on all the time ( within the modes that have heat option) 3. Cool mode gets cold only on the middle part of the device , not on the whole surface. 4. The surface of the metal part is rather rough and that prevents from gliding on the skin. I had to keep adding more and more product( serums and essence), otherwise it would just stuck on the skin and I’ll be pulling it. Overall it could be a great addition to the skin care regime but it has some significant flaws and I don’t think the product is worth it.

First, let me say, it's a decent handheld and wireless so Starr there. It's got punch with the EMS feature and gets hot and cold and has the therapy red and blue lights. However, the design is less than desirable as the plate on the device that touches ur face is a bit above the actual device lights and it creates a crease around the entire plate that traps your product or serum in the crack and it dulls the effect of the ems so you have to stop and dig it out and then add more serum and the cycle can get expensive. Second, the hot feature only gets hot for 30 secs and then it cuts off and repeats that a few times before it stops all together and is just the lights. Cold does the same. It's hard to get in cracks of ur face with as it's pretty much the equivalent of the first bag phone when ur holding it to ur face. The cycles cut off an their own and you have no control over the length set. You just have to cluck thru to the setting you want and then keep going back when it cuts off. It's quality made and seems powerful if you can keep it clean and fully charged. For the money, there are better options but all come with their kwirks. If I could return it, I prolly would simply on the grounds that it does not let you control the cycle times and its not crease friendly. All and all I can see a slight glow and firmness right adter the first treatment but unless u do it daily and for a good amount of time, the results revert back pretty quickly. Get a water soulable serum and pit a touch of Himalayan salt in it for best results. It's not horrible but for the price it should be a bit more accommodating

When I saw the youtube on how to use I discover that there is anothet black cover at the top and you can apply the cotton on it.But unfortunately it was not there.It's my first time to use and buy this thing but a little bit disappointed.Anyway,I'l come back for the result. I want you to replace new one.Not defective.So that the price will be worth it.And I didn't feel even the heat.Sorry to comment like this but I just need trusted items because the price is not a joke as well.
