Good hand size balls. Cork outer, unsure if solid cork all the way through but fulfils it's intended purpose and looks nice

Perfect item for those niggles, to loosen & release the muscle. Light and easy to carry, made of cork has that touch of givenness when first apply pressure to muscles.
