Everything sticks to the pan, I cant even make eggs with out them sticking to the pan, I have another set of Le Creuset pots and pans at my other house and those are not with the black enamel, Those are great. Don't make the expensive mistake I did. Seller wasn't helpful at all when contacted. Clearly knows nothing about the product they're selling.

This is the best pan ever! I have the red one actually, and my mom loved it so much when she visited that I bought her one for Christmas. It might take a bit to get used to cooking on it-- it gets hotter than other pans, and things can stick to it. But it's worth the adjustment.

Love this skillet, wide range of colors and great quality, pricey but worth every penny. It will last forever!! Great investment.
