A barber friend introduced me to this and it has been pretty awesome with my hair. I used to use gel and glue and such a while back, but was annoyed with how if it was messed up it would become white or flakey. This stuff seems to hold up and actually looks better once my hair is messed up a little. My hair has a natural curl/wave to it and with this stuff I am able to get my hair pretty straight. On days I am looking to have fun I use this to spike my hair or build a faux hawk and it doesn't disappoint, if I used gel or glue with my hair it would begin to curl a little before it was even dried. And beyond all of that, the stuff smells awesome.

I've searched for many years to find a product like this, most others do not provide adequate hold that is still flexible (doesn't leave your hair feeling like you have clumps of glue in it), and that adds volume and a subtle shine to your hair. This product does everything I want, and is surprisingly not too sticky on my fingers. I start off with slightly damp hair and a pomade (American Crew), and then apply this gummy wax for hold and volume. It only takes a small glob of it spread evenly on your fingers to obtain amazing molding capabilities. It holds up great to wind and light rain too. I will continue to use this product for as long as they keep the same formula and keep the price reasonable.

The product is definitely strong and put your edges into place. However within minutes/hours it gets extremely white and flaky and looks terrible!

I like this product. Finding a product with a stronghold that lasts all day is hard, especially with my hair type. This has the best holdout of all the products I’ve ever used.

I have tried a lot of hair products but just recently fell in love with this gummy wax, it's perfect for thick curly hair, holds it straight for a day and smells very decent. It leaves some residue and it's sticky on the palm of the hand (requires washing the hands after use). I have found it's very sticky and smells a lot like chewing gum, don't sleep with this on.

The wax dows not have a lot of scent in it. Easy to clean and really holds my hair. I have been using this product for over a year now.

Great product. Arrived in good time

This edge control is amazing. It’s very big, for one, which is great, especially for the price. I have super thick, coarse, 4c hair and this edge control laid it down perfectly. I didn’t even set it with a scarf and my edges are still laid after 8 hours, working in the hot and humid kitchen of a restaurant while also going up and down the stairs like, 500 times. And it doesn’t flake at all. I’m actually so impressed, I love this stuff so much. I also love that it doesn’t have a strong smell, that’s why I stopped using truedge. This one is not scented and doesn’t smell strongly of anything. Definitely a new favourite and a must have.
