LIFE SAVERS® Swirl Lollipops - Bulk Box of LIFE SAVERS® Lollipops Individually Wrapped, Fruit and Cream Swirled Suckers, Assorted Flavors - 72 Count Box

This is not a timely review, but I hope you understand that I forgot to review this for a while. I will say, the store/amazon did everything right with this order, so both they and the seller deserve credit and good ratings. However the product itself was lacking. Growing up in the late 80s, early 90s, these were some of my favorite lollipops. I always hated that lifesavers cancelled them, so I was excited to give these a try. They were nothing like the memory. Taste was all wrong, texture was even worse. I don't know if these are for sale anymore, but if they are do yourself a favor and find the real lifesavers creamsavers hard candies. These are not made by lifesavers, they sold the rights or something to another company that made these. I'll make clear again, the 5 stars are for the service of getting these to me, not the quality of the product - that isn't on the seller. For what it is worth, I offered these to my scouts, some coworker's kids and some neighbors - they all loved them. But none of them grew up with these candies.

Just as I remembered. Delicious, sweet, and colorful. I remember another type in my younger years that had a flimsy loop for a handle, and they were very similar in appearance to these, as well as flavor. I think they were called Safe-T pops or something similar. Anyway, these are thicker, and have a straight, tough stick, but taste very similar. They arrrived on-time. None were broken nor missing, and they all have been fresh thus far, as they all come individually wrapped. I'm not sure if you're supposed to get X amount of each flavor, but I will say that from looking directly into the box, there appears to be more of the orange and blueberry flavors in my particular box. I'm not mad about that, as the blueberry are my favorite ones anyway. These would be great for classes, Valentine's, trick-or-treating, or just to have something sweet every once in awhile.... or if you're like me, and are addicted, then once per day! lol

I remember these as cream savers lollipops. They are similar to the original ones. The recipe has changed over the decades but these are still nice. Not as creamy as the originals but the flavor is good.

These were alright, but not the same as the original Lifesaver Suckers at all. They had a hole in the middle of them. Shaped like a donut. Plus they were a lot creamier, less sugary tasting. My box had almost entirely the red ones, that are supposed to be red and white. They looked almost solid pink. There were maybe 8 orange, and 5 blue (which was my favorite) Probably won't buy again unfortunately. Don't change a perfect thing.

I remember seeing these stickers in the store for 10 cents a sucker. I remember the blueberry tasting a little different then these I received, however these take me back to my childhood.

A young child favorite. These were not sold for many many years which is hard for a person like myself that loved them. Super excited they are back. Got my order today and shared with the grandbabies. Glad there are 72 in a box, but guaranteed not to last long. We'll worth the price for the taste and quality. I will definitely be a repeat customer of this product.

Nothing like the originals. I was sooo excited to see the Blueberry and cream, then I got them. I am a super taster, I have more taste buds than an average human. These assaulted everyone of them. There is no Blueberry flavor, just blue. The orange well all I can say is that is NOT orange. That's just a flavor of yellow and red dye mixed together. I won't even hand these out for Halloween I'm too afraid of being TP'd and egged for having nasty treats. Do NOT buy these, unless you like just tasting creamy dye. Yuck.
