It was relaxing to drink some, but I wouldn't drink it by itself. It didn't really have any flavor, it just had a mint aroma. I like the quantity and size I got. I wasn't really satisfied with the quality of the tea leaves it didnt have a concentrated flavor, but I did like the tea bag quality it was better than lipton. The tea wasn't really fresh. I suggest using lemons, sugar, or grapefruit with this tea due to it not being too minty. The idea of buying this tea was to help with my period pain and PCOS like symptoms.

I’ve been drinking dandelion root tea for a few weeks now and I really enjoy it. The flavor is earthy and slightly bitter, but it’s smooth and comforting once you get used to it. I like it as a caffeine-free alternative to coffee. It also seems to help with bloating and inflammation.

A large amount for the price. The taste is very faint. I find myself putting three tea bags in one 8 ounce mug just so I can taste it and believe that I am receiving its medicinal properties. I understand that milk thistle is of a milder slightly sweet profile, however I have had stronger milk thistle product experiences.
