The headlights are quite strong and the battery life seems great but the strap attaching to the handle bar broke and within a month! I’d request the suppler to send me a replacement if possible as without it the headlight is of no use! Thanks

The light is bright, but the red blinking "you need a charge" light came on during my 5k ride home, and then the light went dark before arrival. The charge port rubber cover pin broke off, so I started putting plastic tape on to shield from water between charges. Finally, the rubber piece that secures the light to your handlebars torn, rendering it useless as a bicycle light. Could not find replacements for sale anywhere.

Great light up until it didn't work. The charge port on the light broke - it came loose after 1 season and had to jimmy it to get it to connect and charge. It stopped working completely into the next season.

I have almost replaced all my old micro USB (and USB A) equipment with USB-C (PD), now I have another, <sigh> It sure charges slowly. I wish it supported charging both units simultaneously from one charging brick or battery pack. Power on light (green) is really bright, too bright. I wish that there was a battery indicator light to see how much charge is left. Nice lens! Center bright spot is about 8-10 ft wide 20-40 ft down the trail. It gives me about 10 seconds to see anything major on the trail. Uniform light without defects makes it much easier to see defects like ruts or rocks on the trail. The wide light cone is about 45 deg which is wider/dimmer than I would prefer, but acceptable. Low power is perfect when on a dark trail. Hardly any light visible on the ground when there are dim low quality streetlights (not a problem, just an observation so you can calibrate the brightness)

Considering the price, the headlamp works better than expected. I usually ride my bicycle on the road during the pre-dawn hours, so brightness is a primary consideration. The light beam does have a focal point, but much of the light is still sufficiently spread out too. Max brightness is too much for me, but the unit has lower levels that provide enough light with lower battery consumption. Very easy to install on the handlebar. I like that the power button is large, lit and easy to manipulate while riding. The only con to the unit is that the power button, while lit, is actually quite bright in itself. I had to install the unit upside down on the handlebar, so as not to cause such a distraction while riding in the dark. The tail lamp is slim and bright enough. UPDATE - AUGUST 2024: I bought this product a year ago and like it so much I just bought a second one. Still HIGHLY recommend!
