After having good experience with Sistema products, I specifically looked to replace all my plastic containers with the Sistema range. These do not disappoint - the plastic is sturdy and has not lost any shape or effectiveness after being put through the dishwasher many times. The clip shut mechanism makes opening and closing these containers really easy, and I especially like that the flappy bit is stuck to the container itself instead of the lid. For some reason this makes it easier to stack in the dishwasher and cupboard. I did select this set for the transparent-ness of the containers, as it is essential for me to be able to see what is in the containers when I have them in the fridge without having to take them out or open them, or worse, label them. Good value for a pack of 10 containers, with the various sizes just what I need for the different things I store in them. 10 containers is just the right number too, as I do have limit cupboard and fridge space after all.

I've had numerous click'n'seal, clip'n'lock and click'n'throw away type food containers over the years. I noticed this brand at a friends house in Australia recently. They're not cheap, but they are far far better quality than any others I've tried and ended up having to bin. Some brands retain an odour from what you've had in them previously (no matter how many times you wash them). Others I've tried, scratch and mark really easily. Some stain depending on what foods you put in them. And worst of all, a lot out them use inferior silicone in the seals which stop becoming an effective seal altogether, and sometimes after minimal use. These 'Sistema' containers shut and lock tight with a real 'clunk-click'. Plus you don't have to mess about lining the silicone up really accurately before they seal. These are easy to use, have really effective seals, and (so far) still look and feel like new after numerous uses. I thoroughly recommend this product if they're in your price range, because buying inferior containers of this sort is really a case of false economy. They're made in New Zealand by the way, not in sweat shops in Taiwan, Malaysia or China so they're ethical too.

Unfortunately one of the pieces was cracked from top to bottom upon arrival so only a four star review. The packaging was intact, so I'm not sure when this would have occurred. The remainder of the set was in good condition, seems sturdy enough, seals well and stacks neatly into my cupboard.

I bought these to replace a cheap plastic set (from pound shop) and find these are excellent quality, easy too use, many depths and sturdy. The lids just snap close with the handles and are easy to open and close. The containers do have a stacking capability and look amazing good in a cupboard (if, like me, you like all storage to look grand, stackable and smart). They are easy to wash, I wash them by hand (no dishwasher) and leave to dry on the draining bard. Excellent value for money and very pleased.

These storage containers are excellent quality. The clips ensure that the container is properly sealed, no leaking when transporting liquids foods soups, casseroles etc and I have had no issue with them in dish-washer either. The sizes are varying and handy the small containers perfect for small leftover cuts of onions, veg, fruit etc. Personally, I would have liked different coloured lids (such a small personal issue really) other than that a perfect buy.

These are great convenient sized plastic clip boxes. They are solid,sturdy, good quality and a good variety of sizes. The only down side is that they are not air tight or leak proof which is why I returned them.

Excellent kitchen starter pack for a excellent variety of storage tubs bought on sale for half price bonus to have a medium and large microwavable container's as always used sistema microwave container's and never had any problems at all with quality or clips breaking I believe in an honest review and that's what I've always found excellent quality and value. All items arrived packed together well and also all in one piece as I had seen others state items were broken but not for me perfect quick delivery as always with Amazon .

Ich habe mir diese Dosen bestellt, da ich solche bald benötigen werde. Da ich bereits Frühstückboxen von Sistema habe und für meine Zwecke damit zufrieden bin, habe ich zugeschlagen, als diese hier reduziert angeboten wurden. Ich habe das Set genommen mit 2 Mikrowellenbehältern, 3 Dosen für Backzutaten und verschiedenen Frischhaltedosen. Leider war in meiner ersten Bestellung direkt eine Dose, sowohl am Boden als auch am Deckel durch einen großen Sprung beschädigt und somit unbrauchbar. Die normalen Frischhaltedosen sind vom System her (Form und Verschluss) wie auch die normalen Frühstücksdosen, daher kannte ich diese schon. Aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass sie Brot usw. frisch halten, aber nicht 100% dicht sind. Ich habe mir darin z.B. öfter Frischkäse als Dip für Gemüse mitgenommen und da der Wasser zieht, ist die Dose immer ausgelaufen. Die Deckel hier sitzen aber sehr fest, heißt die Clips lassen sich mit einem deutlichen Klack festdrücken und auch mit etwas Kraft wieder lösen. Bei den Back-Dosen sind die Verschlüsse und auch die Dichtungen anders. Ob sie dicht halten, kann ich nicht sagen, ich werde darin auch eher Mehl oder Zucker aufbewahren als etwas Flüssiges. Hier ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei der ersten Bestellung einige Deckel sehr locker saßen und auch die Clips nur ganz lasch gegriffen haben, sodass man befürchten musste, wenn man die Dose ungünstig greift, der Deckel schon aufspringt. Das hat sich dann beheben lassen, als ich dann zum zweiten Mal bestellt habe (eine Dose war ja defekt) und verschiedene Deckel ausprobiert habe. Bei dieser Lieferung saßen die Deckel allgemein etwas besser und durch Tauschen und Ausprobieren sitzen jetzt alle Deckel (annährend) so, wie sie sollen. Bei den Mikrowellendosen war es dasselbe. Auch hier saß bei einer der Deckel sehr grenzwertig und der Clip ließ sich nicht richtig ran drücken. Auch das hat sich dann durch die zweite Bestellung beheben lassen. Dann ist mir aber aufgefallen, dass auch hierbei ein Behälter durch einen kleinen Sprung an der Seite beschädigt war. Die zweite Lieferung kam über Amazon direkt, die erste über die Post. Ich nehme an, dass die Beschädigungen daher kamen, dass die Dosen einfach nur nebeneinander und übereinander in einen Karton geräumt wurden, aber es keine Polsterung gibt. Heißt, wenn der Karton beim Umschlag angestoßen wird oder fällt, gibt es nichts, dass solche Erschütterungen abhält. Es waren auch bei beiden Lieferungen jeweils die Dosen, die sich außen im Karton befanden. Daher will ich das nicht dem Hersteller zuschreiben. Auch Plastik ist nicht unbegrenzt bruchfest. Da hätte man schon ein bisschen mehr in die Verpackung investieren können, um sowas zu vermeiden. Allerdings frage ich mich, wie oft und wie "fest" einem diese Dosen mal runter fallen dürfen, bis sie dann auch brechen. Was ich auf jeden Fall gut finde ist: - verschiedene Größen und Formen - Stapelbarkeit - Vielseitigkeit (Mikrowelle, Backen, Vorrat, Frischhalten ...) Was ich nicht gut finde: - teilweise nicht sitzende Deckel - Clips greifen teils nicht richtig - nicht auslaufsicher (stört mich nicht beim Vorrat / Frischhalten, da sie da sowieso nur stehend lagern, aber evtl. bei Mikrowellenbehältern, falls man sie mal mitnehmen will) Ich hoffe, dass es kein Fehler war, die Dosen zu behalten. Ich kenne Sistema, wie gesagt, an sich als gute Marke. Meine Brotdosen und schon länger häufig im Gebrauch und bisher ist keine kaputt und alle Deckel saßen ohne Tauschen und Ausprobieren bombenfest. Daher wundert es mich, dass es hier nicht so war. Das war schon etwas enttäuschend. Ich hoffe, dass nicht auch hier einfach die Qualität über die Jahre abgenommen hat.

It is a great food container. I use several of these for when i go to work by bicycle. I stash bread,eggs, meat, salade, apples in it. These fit nicely in my Orlieb backroller bike bags. But they are NOT leakproof. Thick spaghetti sauce will not leak but all liquids such as soup Will just leak out until empty. The plastic cracks after a few months.

I discovered these by accident because a friend at work was using them to bring lunch. They're great, and I've thrown away most of my Tupperware and Rubbermaid containers and replaced them with these. Also now less in the habit of using mason jars or putting leftovers in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. The critical innovation here is that there is a seal made of a softer plastic. That allows the rest of the lid to be made of harder plastic, and allows for the addition of latches without deforming it. This leads to several practical benefits: 1) Because of the latches, the containers will not spill if inverted or handled roughly. Though they are not leakproof, at least the lids will stay on, unlike most competing square containers. 2) The tops are relatively flat and so containers of different sizes can be conveniently stacked, and can generally be moved around the kitchen and carried in a stack without six hands or two extra trips. The sizes are well chosen to make this practical. The amount of fridge space this recovers is considerable. Some things to keep in mind. 1) Like any plastic container they will stain when used to hold certain foods, particularly tomato-based chilis and soups. 2) They will sometimes leak if filled with liquid and inverted.

Es un buen producto, pero no es tan hermético, digamos que si pones cebolla y te confías y lo mandas al refri, se te apestará. Pero funciona bien, yo tengo varios pruductos de la marca y no decepcionan.

I have been using this brand of container for several years. I like them so much that when I saw them on amazon I bought 2 more sets of containers—there are many more shapes and sizes available. They are very durable. There’s a size and shape for everything. Easy to store, easy to clean.
