I've purchased this motherboards with 2X 32 gigs of DDR 5 memory sticks. Turns out that the memory sticks were high density ones and was not supported by the motherboard out of the box. I couldn't even boot the pc to get to the UEFI. This motherboard has a USB port that's dedicated for BIOS flashing. It can actually flash the motherboard BIOS without turning the PC on. I just downloaded the updated bios to a usb stick and used the flash port to get the updated firmware onto the motherboard. After I pressed the button I had to wait until the LED turned off and it was done it worked, posted and booted. I don't know if this is an industry standard or if it is for how long has it been a standard because I had been using a laptop for 8 years but I'm very happy to have this function.

I got mine with already bent pins, and apparently it’s a common problem! DO NOT BUY. If you were looking for a warning sign, this is it. It doesn’t even have LEDs for diagnosis. Do. Not. Buy.

This motherboard paired with a Thermaltake Core V21 along with a AMD Ryzen 9 7950X is the fastest computer I have ever laid hands on and I have been doing computers since a commodore 64! Compiling ffmpeg on my older i7-3.6ghz (granted it is a grandfather in age) went from 20 minutes to 20 seconds! 70+ ghz should last me another 10 years. Hopefully.

The BIOS version of this motherboard may contain one prior to 8/25/2023 - This bios was Over-Volting the CPU and had damaged some peoples motherboards and even blown out the AMD 7000 series CPU. This can be looked up by an article from GamerNexus on youtube that showed volt meter readings and responses from Asus. By putting in the August version of the Bios however will fix the issue. Otherwise, seems pretty stable after doing so. I didn't kinow anything about it and was getting blue screen errors frequently until I did this.

本当はCore i5 14500辺りで自作したかったのですが、最近妙にB760マザボが高いのでAMDに浮気。Ryzen 7 8700Gで自作するために購入しました。 これまでGIGABYTE、AsRock、BIOSTARのマザボ使用歴がありますが日本語対応BIOSはこれが初めてで驚きました。 BIOS画面の見た目はAsRockに似ている印象を受けました。 DDRは4スロット、M.2 SSDは2スロット、PCIeは3スロット、ファンコネクタはCPU含めて5本ありMini-ITXよりも拡張性に優れています。 オーバークロックメモリのDDR5-6000も普通に認識します。 VRM周りのヒートシンクが小さくてCPUクーラーや配線の邪魔にならないのも良心的。 バックパネルは取付時にHDMI, DPの爪を噛みやすい形状なので注意。 Windows11 24H2初回インストール時に「ハードウェア要件を満たしていない」と2回ほど怒られてビビったが、再起動を繰り返しているうちに何故か解決（笑） 特に不満もなく、しばらくはAM5の時代が続くと思うので長く使えることを期待するのみです。

No le pide nada a las tarjetas más poderosas y de mayor costo. Funciona muy bien con el PROCESADOR RYZEN 7 8700G.
