I've been using these bags for ages, I hardly ever use the hob now, these are cheap and efficient, vegetables are cooked much quicker and the consistency and colour are much better than boiling, plus there's no loss of taste in the process. I even cook potatoes in the bags, 1kg of spuds takes about 5 minutes to part 'boil' prior to roasting, I use about 9 minutes for soft ready to mash for the same quantity, this is in a 1000w oven. Saves on washing up even with a dish washer, most pans require hand washing, simply throw the bag away when finished, you can also add things like butter and seasoning after cooking, just pull open the bag at the seal after the bag has deflated, add the butter/seasoning, twist the top and shake. Utterly brilliant and inexpensive.

This is an excellent product and very good value for money.

These microwave cooking bags are great; enabling one to cook a mixture of frozen or fresh (chopped fairly small) vegetables in about 4.5 minutes - depending on weight. As the veg is steamed it is fresh tasting and not overcooked and I like the fact that one can mix the veg, such as peas, chopped leeks and sweetcorn or broccoli beans and carrots - the choice is yours! Have just ordered more and sent to friends for them to try.

Quite a good product but I find I have to turn the temperature done on microwave as they tend to pop and you get dozens of peas all over the microwave, good value though.

Cant remember last time i used a saucepan/steamer.. Cooks great, no mess, no washing up,times on packaging, no flavour loss! 8th purchase !! Got loads of friends on them too
