As usual hive is excellent quality and this is no difference. It is perfect size when you just need it for those little jobs like eyebrows nasal ears Tash it’s very easy. It keeps the heat well once it’s a temperature it holds it well it was a very good buy

I've used it 4 or 5 times now, very easy to use, quick to heat up, responsive when adjusting temp, keeps heat steady - a great little wax warmer. I really like the locking lid. If one was available I would add a removable pot just to help with cleaning/swapping to a different wax.

I use it for my paraffin wax treatments. Great size, heats up quickly and looks good. I definitely recommend

The waxing machine seems quite average. But the wax crumbs didn’t heat up enough. I suspect I am used to more professional waxing machines. But it’s good enough for a novice.

Lovely item Exactly what I was needed, small, very handy, easy to use. Just delivery option was delay and could see any upgrade with delivery.

i had to throw this waxpot away as the top would not come off and the wax was not regulated by the temperature gauge so went very hot and runny, not how you want hot wax to be! I did contact the seller but heard nothing back. I am a therapist for over 30 years so very disappointed with this waxer.

Honestly I used it for my work.. For face and eyebrows.. I don’t need to keep on because it works very quick.. I love it 👌🏼
