It might be a little loud, but it doesn’t bother me. If you think of the rhythmic sound as a repetitive white noise it’s actually a little meditative. You can connect it to your music or media via Bluetooth and that will distract from any machine noise. It’s nice that it multiple levels for heat and pressure and that you can mix and match the settings. It’s also got a gel pack that you can cool and put in the unit to cool your eyes, if that’s what you want. Relaxation aside, I bought it specifically for eye and eyelid massage — to help alleviate dry eye and keep my meibomian glands unclogged and functioning properly. I’ve just started using it for that and I’m working up to using it daily, so I don’t know how effective it is yet. The fit isn’t perfect, but I’m used to that sort of thing with masks — I don’t have a prominent nose and my face is a little shallow. Even though that’s the case, once I figured out the fit, it still does what it’s supposed to do. I do feel like it needs to be charged a little too often. I love the color. It comes with a nice carry pouch.

I bought this after having one that was much cheaper and the difference is incredible. I feel like the massage and heat on this one are better than others I have tried and having the bluetooth audio is great because I can listen to a book while it is going. I highly recommend using this for sinus headaches because it gets everything moving. Definitely worth the price.

Works very well but wished it had the warming option. After taking out contacts, this device really helps with relieving stress around my eyes and keeping them moisturized.

I just got it yesterday and used it for the first time last night, and I fell asleep with it on, probably within the first 10 minutes! This is my second Renpho eye massager and it's just as good as I expected. My first one still works, however some of the pressure spots don't work as well as they used to, so I figured I would upgrade to this one. This one is much better than the first one, but not because it provides a better massage, but because it's easier to use. The buttons on the first one I got were very hard to feel and it was hard to know which button did what, so I would often touch the wrong button on accident. It also did not have Bluetooth or voice control. Lastly, it did not come with a gel eye mask for cooling. The buttons on this one are so much easier to feel and it's much more clear which one does what when you have it on. Plus having voice control makes it a lot easier too so then you don't have to rely on the buttons. I have not tried the Bluetooth feature yet, but I will soon and I will update this review if I have any concerns with it. I did use it with the gel eye mask as directed even though I was not cooling my eyes, but instead using the heat feature. If I'm not supposed to use the gel eye mask unless I'm cooling my eyes, that is not clear in the directions. The directions sound like I should always use the gel eye mask regardless if I'm cooling or heating my eyes. It did mute the warmth a bit so it wasn't as warm as I'm used to, so I may try it without the gel eye mask. Otherwise the pressure and massage pattern is the same as the first one I got, which is fine for me because I like it and I'm used to it. I used it on both low, medium and high pressure and I prefer high pressure. I'm not a fan of vibration so I did not use that at all. This one is different from my first one as it gives you the option to massage just your eyes, just your temples, or both. I massaged both eyes and temples. This one is also different from my first one as this one gives you different options for the heat levels as well. I used high heat and it was perfect. The only feature of the new one that I'm not a fan of is the sound options. I really like the 2 music options I have with the first one I got and I really thought this one would have the same music options and I was disappointed that it does not. Instead there are three different sounds you can choose from, and they are all nature sounds. The only one I can use is the stream sound as insect or bird sounds will keep me awake. I will have to find some relaxing music I can play via the eye massager Bluetooth instead. If Renpho reads this, I think you should consider adding those 2 music choices to this model in addition to the stream, birds and insect sounds. Both of those music choices are very relaxing and soothing. Otherwise I really like this new and improved model. Overall it is a bit better than the first one I got and if nothing else, it's just as relaxing and puts me to sleep pretty quickly. I really recommend the Renpho eye massagers to anyone that is looking for one. As this is my second one and the quality is still just as good, I think it's safe to say all of the models are fantastic choices, including this one.

I have dry eye disease. I was given a microwave eye mask to use by my physician. A couple of things, it is inconvenient, doesn't stay warm for very long, and if it is too hot you risk burning yourself. So this seemed like the perfect solution. Rechargeable, so works well anywhere, hands free/Bluetooth, heat, massage, and cooling options. Adjustable settings for heat, time, and pressure. Added bonus helps with my migraines/headaches. I use it nightly for 20 mins, great way to relax before bedtime. Definitely helps with my dry eye symptoms. Highly recommend.

This is AMAZING. My ONLY qualm is that the air intake for the massager is a little louder than I would like but once you are in relaxation mode, get comfy, put something on over the bluetooth, etc, you will barely even notice. It's been helping with my migraines and gets me to sleep in about 15 minutes - not something that usually happens for me!

I have purchased 8 (not even kidding) Renpho eye massagers. I have massagers that are normal, one you can see out of and two that receive voice commands. They have all done well and they do all still massage well. Unfortunately, I purchase these for migraine and Optic Neuritis pain and a major drive for me to continue purchasing these is the heat they state is offered. I have had one that is heated more than six weeks. The rest either never heated or only heated a few days. I will say I use them a lot. I use them every single day multiple times a day, but the heat should not go out so quickly. I contacted the company and they told me to have somebody else try them because maybe I just couldn’t feel heat. I did have my husband try them and he agreed that they are not heating. Needless to say the company made no move to send a new pair order to reimburse me for my old pairs. To be clear, I called about my most recent pair and only asked to send mine back and get a new pair. I even sent them a picture of all my eye massagers together, they are all by the Renpho company. Renpho’s customer service would not exchange the massager. I have never asked for a refund and I had never asked for an exchange, clearly they could see I haven’t been a problem for them. I very quickly purchased a Breo massager and it’s still heating. Goodbye Renpho….

I’ve been using the Eyeris eye massager for a while now, and overall, I’m happy with it. The massage itself is really good, especially when I have headaches, it definitely helps relieve tension. The sound level is nice and not too loud, which makes it relaxing. One thing I wish could be improved is the Bluetooth function. The audio stops the second the massage timer ends. I would prefer if the sound could keep playing even after the massager turns off, so I could continue listening to my podcast as I fall asleep. I haven’t tried the heating feature yet. Initially, I thought the cooling function was automatic, but it actually requires a cooling pad that you need to place in the fridge before use. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially if you forget to put it back in the fridge. As someone who works long hours in front of a screen, I find it very helpful for winding down at the end of the day. The massage techniques and added vibration are great for relaxation and even help reduce facial puffiness. I’ve noticed I look a bit fresher after using it, though it could also be partly due to my night skincare routine. Overall, it’s a good product and works well for its purpose, especially for stress relief and relaxation.

J'ai été surpris par ses bienfaits... Étant moi même sujet aux migraines et insomnies chroniques (ça va de pair...) je m'étais dis que ça ne pourrait pas me faire de mal de tester un massage des yeux et des tempes. On va la faire courte... La première fois que je l'ai utilisé j'ai faillis m'endormir !!! Alors je l'ai retiré, puis j'ai attendu le soir pour retenter l'expérience. Le soir je l'ai porté une dizaine de minutes puis je l'ai retiré, je ne sais pas si le programme dure une certaine durée, tout ce que je sais c'est qu'au bout de 10 minutes j'avais sommeil et 5 minutes plus tard... Je dormais !!! Il faut bien comprendre que pour la plupart des gens, trouver le sommeil est une chose facile, mais pour moi dormir au bout de 10 minutes relève du miracle !!! Je fais plus partie des gens qui s'ils se couchent à 0:00 ne trouveront le sommeil que vers 1h-2h... Le lendemain je l'ai mis le soir, voir même dans la nuit car je me suis couché vers 3h du matin, non pas à cause des migraines mais à cause de ma fille qui ne voulait pas dormir ^_^ Et bien rebelote... Après 10 minutes de masque... Dodo dans les 10 minutes suivantes !!! Enfin le surlendemain j'ai eu une migraine à un moment... J'ai mis le masseur... et au bout de 10 minutes ma tête n'était plus avec une sensation de "prise dans un étau". J'étais "en partie" soulagé. Au final, moi qui pensait avoir acheté un gadget... C'est un gadget que j'utilise maintenant TOUS les jours ! Les 3 boutons sont assez sensibles... pour ma part je désactive la musique qui au bout d'un moment devient plus saoulante qu'autre chose. Quand au bruit, il vous empêchera pour sûr de vous endormir avec ! C'est un appareil assez bruyant... Et je vous épargne le mode vibrations ou vous avez l'impression d'être dans une soirée techno à côté des enceintes ^_^ Mais... malgré ce bruit, perso je trouve que le résultat final est là ! Celui d'apaiser et de soulager. Alors qu'il fasse du bruit ou pas durant la séance, ça n'est pas gênant. Après tout on ne compte pas s'endormir avec. ps: je vous recommande de ne pas toucher à la longueur des sangles, même si vous aurez l'impression d'être un peu trop serré une fois le masseur mis autour de la tête. Car pour que les massages fonctionnent bien, il vaut mieux que cela soit serré ! Sinon vous ne ressentirez pas les massages aussi bien.
