Beautiful cabinet. Sub-par shipping. Great customer support!
**This review is for the base 5-shelf cabinet WITHOUT mirror** • Shipping (2/5) The order wasn't covered by Prime shipping for me, so I had to wait about 2 weeks for it to arrive. Upon arriving, the FedEx guy warned me that the package was in bad condition upon being in transit . Indeed, the outside of the box was falling apart with not enough tape holding it together. Despite his recommendation to return to sender, I wanted to inspect it anyways. Me giving the seller the benefit of the doubt considering this is a VERY heavy item that mere cardboard would only carry it so far. Thankfully, my hunch was (mostly) correct. The items were intact and undamaged, with the exception of the left door glass frame which had multiple scratches on the ledge (pictured), and the BIG issue: I was sent the wrong version. More on that later... • Assembly (4.5/5) Putting this thing together was very straightforward, albeit VERY time consuming. Despite the manual and the online page advertising the contrary, this took us about 5 hours to build. With a team of 4 (you need 2 people minimum with a height of about 5'5"+) and with reasonable caution, we never hit any major roadblocks when building it. The manual was easy to read and understand, which is great because with these big DIY items, I always fear having badly translated instructions. The only snag we ran into was calculating the perfect placement for the door frames. I wanted perfect symmetry with both doors, and the manual's recommendation wasn't very specific with the measurements. That alone took us about an hour to get right. But if precise measurements are your forte, you'll probably never go through the hassle. • Quality (5/5) This thing is very beautiful and adequately spacious once assembled. The glass is heavy and you can tell it's real tempered glass. I dare not test it's weight capacity, but it holds my heaviest figure, the Doom Slayer (pictured in the top shelf), without any signs of bending. Assuming you calculated the doors right, they open smoothly and the magnets at the bottom keeps them shut tight enough to keep them closed, but not so tight to shake the whole cabinet when opening. I predict this won't be the best for keeping dust 100% out, as there will inevitably be a gap between the doors. The lock on top also works well, although don't expect it to deter robbers, since the whole thing is made of glass, it could very easily be shattered or possibly just yanked off with enough force. Once polished, it's crystal clear and does not reflect too much light from inside lights, letting you observe it's contents with clarity. Be warned that this is a fingerprint magnet; the slightest contact with flesh will stain it. The wood base and roof are also of good heavy quality; it keeps the whole thing stable enough to negate the occasional elbow bumps, but anything more forceful would definitely knock the contents inside. I heavily recommend LED strips to hug the borders of the inside for a flashy, modern finish. Or you could opt for LED pucks to place atop the inside of the roof for a classier look. I think some versions come with that pre-packaged. • Customer Service (5/5) In the shipping section I mentioned I got sent the wrong item. Well, I initially ordered the MIRRORED 5-shelf version, but got sent the base version without the mirror. I found out near the finish of the assembly, thinking that it would come last. But alas, we emptied the box and the mirror was never there. Upon completion, my family suggested we keep this version, and everyone agreed it looked better without a mirror. I contacted the seller and explained my predicament about not only the wrong version, but also mentioned the scratched door frame. They were quick to respond and immediately offered a refund for the version difference and a replacement door frame. I was so happy to hear their eagerness to fix my complaints. After the prompt refund, the door frame came in less than a week's time (faster than the whole cabinet) and with a sturdier box to boot! • Overall Rating (4.5/5) Round it up to 5 stars because of the great, unexpected customer service. This is a great, quality cabinet for a reasonable price. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great way to showcase your figures, cards, trophies, antiques, or just about anything no taller than 14 inches (although shelves could be removed for taller items). Just be weary of the shipping and be sure to thoroughly inspect all of it's contents before assembly! I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because of the seller's service.

Nice - Good Looking Display Cabinet
Takes more than 30 minutes to assemble. Take care to look at the brackets. They are not all the same and are not all interchangeable. Once assembled, sturdy and quite nice. Instruction book does not show how or where to install the LED lights (included with cabinet). Size was perfect for our space. Good value for the price.

Best packaging
Anyone who purchases an item online where the main component in glass will likely worry. Well, this item arrived in a cardboard box around a wooden crate. The interior of the crate was surrounded with rubber. Inside of that the components were packed well, tightly, and nestled with Styrofoam. This is above and beyond what i would expect. Needless to say, everything arrived in perfection condition. The instructions give off major ikea vibes, but the assembly materials are separated and grouped according to need which is nice. A screwdriver is included. The assembly has few steps, but it can take some time if you want it to look good. This would be terrifying to assemble without a helper to hold glass panels. My suggestion would be to loosely connect the side panels to the back pieces, then before you put the top on, spend the extra time to get those back pieces centered. If you tighten to the first wall in the instructions, the back will not be centered, and you'll get bowing in the walls, and the doors will be a huge pain to align properly. The screw holes for the feet are very large. The screw heads barely don't go through. I used an electric screwdriver and it melted the tiny bit of foot plastic between the cabinet and screw head. Luckily there are additional smaller holes to mount with the feet. The plastic feet are definitely the weakest feature of this product. Be careful installing them. I had this assembled quickly, but spent more time than that tweaking the placement so the front doors aligned properly. Use patience, and make sure the back glass panels are centered. I was getting very frustrated trying to make it perfect, when i realized that the left door lock does go over the right door, so it's ok that the right door closes in ever so slightly more. Assembled, this looks fine. For 50% more than a detolf you get 50% more space, with the ability to make wider displays. Totally worth it. May get another one.

It's fine for the price
I wouldn't recommend putting this together solo. Especially if you have pets. It took me and a friend around 1.5 hours to put it together and even towards the end, the door is a bit hard to close. We followed all the steps. I'm sure I can fix it with some DIY love but it's fine. I need it closed most times anyway. Size, build quality, paint quality, and weight are all *acceptable* for the price point so as far as value it's *fine*. It looks great, but would definitely be mindful of not putting heavy things inside it. It is sturdy *enough* but if you have small energetic kids or a big pet that would jump on/into this, it would most certainly be an issue. This cabinet is meant to stay in a corner, looking pretty and untouched. So just be mindful when buying. I'm giving it a 4 because at the time of building it was hard to figure out why the door couldn't line up properly, but I have DIY ideas on how to fix it. To close, I do not regret buying it for the price, but you get what you pay for.

Perfetc display, excellent craftsmanship
I've been looking forever for a glass display for some of my collection of figures. Most of them are 6th scale (averaging 30cm or more), and it's been so difficult to find the right display. Until now. The cabinet is really well made. Both top and bottom base are made of thick quality wood. The surrounding panels and internal separators are made of tempered glass. The variation I bought included two magnetic attachable rechargeable color LED lamps with remote control which allowed to set timers or different colors for the cabinet illumination. Assembly is relatively easy, but requires at least two people for proper manipulation and installation of the glass panels. The set comes with all the tools needed for assembly, nuts, washers, screwdriver and even two pairs of special anti-slip material gloves so the two people assembling the cabinet can handle the glass panel installation with ease. That right there is a total plus in quality and extra value for the money. The cabinet completely assembled looks beautiful and gives that extra touch for whatever you want to put for display in the cabinet. It also comes with a lock to protect your displayed items, a knob for the glass door, and a magnet which prevents the glass door from opening by itself. The shipping from the manufacturer wasn't that speedy, and suffered a two week delay from the original shipping dat, but I guess it was due to the holidays, but that doesn't take away the quality and beauty of the display. So I give it 5 stars and I'd give it more if I could. Totally worth the money and I'll definitely will be buying more of these cabinets.

Fantastic Display Case - You Will Not Be Disappointed!
I had been looking for the right case to display my autographed helmets. After researching so many products, I decided on the LFT HUIMEI2Y Glass Display Cabinet w/ Mirror Back. It seems that there are a lot of copycat pieces out there in various price ranges, but THIS is the best! The case itself came in a single carboard box labeled "FRAGILE" and "This End Up" to help ensure proper handling by the shipping company. What seemed like a plain cardboard box actually was lined with wood and used long, thin foam sheets and styrofoam blocks to keep parts from shifting and shattering during transport. There was absolutely no damage to any of the pieces. The box itself weighed 85lbs., so two people should carry it in the house, and assemble it close to its final resting place. The weight of this piece is solid and robust - definitely NOT flimsy. Unlike many other copycat pieces that I'd read about, this case actually came with a 17 page instruction guide using pictographs and words. This made assembly very easy with no guess work. Parts fit together very well with no adjusting or substitutions needed. The instructions make it very clear that assembling or moving this display case is a two person job. The box even comes with two sets of work gloves - one for you and one for your partner. Once assembled, it is very sturdy and does not lean or tip. The great features are the front locking door, to keep out curious hands and dust as well as the mirrored back which allows the admirer the opportunity to look at the back or opposite side of the pieces without handling the items. I would definitely recommend this brand of display case based on it's build quality, functionality, detailed assembly instructions and price. For the money, this is a great value and should not be over looked if you are in the market for a three shelf frameless mirrored case to display your collectibles.

Nice looking, but poor instructions and nothing is labeled except glass.
Not very happy with this. The instruction manual was lacking any sort of detail or description on what to do. It’s only pictures that you have to guess a bit with. I’m not sure if it was only mine or not, but the materials had zero indications as to what piece it was. The instructions listed them with alphabetical indications. But the packaged materials had zero information as to which piece they identified as. So it was purely a guessing game based on visuals. It says it takes 30min to put together. But that’s highly false. It roughly takes 2-4hrs depending on how careful you want to be with the glass. Since it is in fact ALL glass besides the top and bottom. Which are wood. The height is around 6.5ft Weights a good bit so it’s heavy and no real risk of tipping unless you actually try to tip it over. Wouldn’t recommend with kids. Size is pretty nice, and storage will fit several anime figurines, including 1/4th scaled ones. Or liquor/wine bottles. My biggest complaint really is just the lack of detail and information in the instructions manual. And the materials not being labeled to indicate which piece they are in the manual without some guess work. But with some good common sense, shouldn’t have too much trouble. Just annoying and makes it take longer than the 30min it says it takes to put together.

Good quailty
This looks so much nicer than I could imagine...especially with the lights on. My teenage granddaughter has her anime figurine collection in hers. The only thing I wish was different would be that the lights that operate off AA batteries would be electrical instead or somehow able to be rechargeable because she won't turn the lights on as often with the AA batteries.
