Our seat cushion exceeded our expectations. It's nice, thick and comfortable. Good and sturdy quality and the colors match perfect with my decor. We had a 6ft seat cushion for an outdoor swing made. It was shipped really fast. I would have received my item early if it had not been delayed in Chicago due to weather ( that's out of anyone's control). It was packaged nicely and very secure so no damage can occur. I'm so glad I order from this company. Will use them again and I highly recommend 👌.

While I was scared to open the vacuum sealed bag for fear I’d cut the cushion, I have nothing but good things to report about this cushion. The size was perfect, the anti slip works really well, and it’s definitely waterproof like I ordered. Very comfy to sit on and firm enough that I probably could’ve gone with the thinner version, but the thickness of this cushion feels luxe so I’m very happy! It even came in a week earlier than I anticipated.

This cushion turned out exactly how I hoped, it is perfect!! The options in ordering allowed me to order exactly what I wanted. The workmanship is excellent! The color matches what I saw online. The size is as as-ordered. Good directions after shipping - yes, you need to let the foam re-expand since it is shipped in a very compressed package, but it returned to full shape. Good value for a great product! I would definitely buy again if I need another custom cushion.

I bought the 3" cushion, the product is very good and comfortable, but the color is not what I selected. I ordered the dark purple.

Am very pleased with this pad. It is very well made and arrived nearly three weeks earlier than the suggested delivery date. As others have noted, it is vacuum packed and very tightly wrapped which makes it a bit tricky to unwrap. However, just persevere with the reams of sellotape till you break through to the outer bag, which is quite loose. Then pinch up a tiny bit of the inner bag and carefully snip it with a pair of scissors. This will release the vacuum and the rest is easy. It did look a bit of a mess initially but after a few days it has straightened out and most of the creases in the cover have gone. I got the 5cm thick version, which is comfy and supportive - anything thicker would be a waste. The sticky side works a treat too - doesn’t move at all on the smooth breakfast bench I got it for.
