Hyaluronic Formula - Collagen Supplements for Women Enhanced with Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid & Zinc, 90 Tablets - Collagen Tablets for Skin Hydration, Hair, Nail & Joint Care

Have been using this for a couple of weeks on the recommendation of my cousin. This has improved and plumped up the area under my eyes so they are looking less sunken in and firmer, and the darkness under my eyes that was creeping in is going away. I think it has improved the quality of my nails, however have not noticed any difference in my hair ( my cousin advised it improved her hair quality) I think it is expensive, however for what is has been able to achieve in 2 weeks it's worth it. It seems to have evened out the tone of my skin as well as I beleive my face was patchy and different shades but it's a lot more even toned these days, and I am really impressed at the moment and will be buying another bottle when finished. If you only take 1pill a.day then it's a 3 month supply which is worth it but if you take 2 a day then it's a supply for a month and a half. I do a mixture of both some days I take just 1 some days I take 2. You loose your natural collagen levels as you get older, and i am glad my cousin told.me about this product when she did.

This collagen supplement comes with additional vitamins and minerals to maintain a healthy body and skin. However the ingredients could be better considering the price. The top ingredient is Hyaluronic acid which helps with skin hydration, since you will be ingesting these rather than putting them on topically, it should help to hydrate your skin and body from the inside out. It has Vitamin D, which is necessary especially during winter or if you don't get much sun, but you don't see K2 in this supplement which you have to take to increase the absorption of Vitamin D, so your body will likely not be absorbing the full amount of the daily done shown on the bottle. The added Zinc is a major plus since it helps with tissue recovery if you workout, as well as healthy skin maintenance. The dose is on the higher side so you should check that any other supplements you are taking do not contain Zinc. The black pepper will help increase the absorption of some of the ingredients. Overall I see the benefits of taking this for the purpose of keeping skin feeling healthy and hydrated, especially during winter months when skin can feel extra dry not only on the face but the rest of the body and the added vitamins will only help with that. But I do look at this supplement as a 'skin health and hydration supplement' rather than collagen, since the amount of collagen you get per day is not as high as it could be (especially if you look at the fact that your body will not absorb 100% of it).

I ordered this collagen blend for my mum, who is 56 and very active, working out at least three times weekly. We have both been supplementing with collagen for a while. I take mine as capsules and also add collagen powder to my protein mix after training. I was excited to get my mum the Gold Collagen because it incorporates six precious ingredients: hydrolysed collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, D, and zinc. Combined, these elements work synergistically and target collagen formation and skin health. They promote skin hydration, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and strengthen the nails. If taking two tablets daily, you should see results in approximately three weeks, and around twelve weeks, the skin elasticity increases. My only comment is that even at two capsules daily, the collagen intake is only 200 mg. For me, this is a minimal quantity. As mentioned, I take collagen powder and capsules, totalling 10 gr daily. Nonetheless, my mum is pleased to take them and will continue supplementing with collagen. She takes two capsules every day in the morning. The tablets are not coated, so you might need a big glass of water when taking them. Although we have been taking collagen for a while, my mum and I are still seeing changes in skin tone and smoothness, nail growth, and hair strength and shine. I am happy that the collagen is gluten, lactose, and preservative-free, with no added sweeteners or artificial colourants, and non-GMO. I only wish the collagen content would be higher.

🔎 The collagen comes in the form of white powder tablets, with added Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamins. 90 tablets in the glass jar will last for 45 days when taking 2 tablets a day, as recommended on the label. 🧡 This is a good combination of Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and essential Vitamins in one supplement. 👎 The amount of Collagen per daily dose is very small(150mg per 2 tablets ). My other collagen powder provides 10.000mg per dose!!! and similar products( tablets ) are usually around 3.000mg or more. So this should not be branded a Collagen supplement at all, but rather a Vitamin supplement with added collagen... 💲 Not good considering the high price of the supplement, and I would not recommend wasting your money, as the amount of Collagen per dose is a fraction of what you should be taking.
