I am diabetic , So I regulary take my blood pressure 4 times a day. this unit performs superbly , is extremely smart looking, And comes with PC software Program , Which is worth as much as the unit itself,the readings are easily read due to large numerals. are ,and are very consistant.I would not hesitate to recommend this to any body. The software will also allow you to connect beurer diagnostic scales which I have since purchased and also theas 50 activity monitor , and also glucose monitor .which will give you a complete health check.which can be printed from your PC. All in all A very good purchase of a high end blood pressure monitor.which I can only give a 5 star rating with no hesitation.

Stylish ? For a blood pressure monitor ?Oh yes.It's lovely. Black and silver with a massive black touch screen. It looks fantastic.And it works perfectly and stows away in the great little case that came with it. I've compared it with my doctor's readings and it's comparable so I'm confident that it is reading correctly. It takes a reading quickly with no fuss and will store many of them internally and you can transfer the data to your PC too.I'd be happy to have this on display in the house it looks so good.DtD

Bought this after I sent an Omron machine back to Amazon due to infuriating problems with the comfort cuff.This model has a much easier to apply cuff although note it is only a single size so if you have two users with very different sized arms you will need an additional cuff of the correct size. I am slightly overweight but this cuff suits both me and my wife.The build quality is much better than the Omron M10-IT machine, solid and well finished, very expensive and 'Germanic' looking in fact. Even the storage pouch is better quality and much more durable than the one I got with the Omron The touch screen is very easy to use and very clear. I needed a machine that would record data for at least two users and enable downloads to a PC, there is only this one and the Omron I sent back that do this in this price range as far as I am aware.As to accuracy, the readings are a little higher than those I was getting with the Omron but this could be due to a number of factors, not least of course that the Omron could have been reading lower than it should.Also note the box states it has a three year guarantee which is not mentioned on the Amazon description.The software would have been better if it had come on a disc like the Omron, you have to download it from the Beurer web site and I noticed the English version was not the very latest which at the time of writing is ver. 2.2 not 2.1. I found the correct version on the German site meaning I was presented with German instructions but Google Chrome sorted a translation out for me.One thing to note is that when downloading the data to your PC you have to have the correct user selected on the machine itself - otherwise it complains that the USB lead is not connected which is a tad misleading. Took me about 15 minutes to figure this out, the lack of a manual with the software did not help.Had it not been for those niggling issues I would have given 5 stars but so far I am happy and will update if this changes with more use.Ed to add - After a couple of weeks use I notice the screen is quite easily scratched - it seems to be quite soft plastic not like the hard stuff or even glass like you see on mobile phones and similar. I managed to remove the scratches on mine with a bit of a rub with Brasso and follow up with t- cut (try this only at your own risk!) and now take more care not to mark the screen.

Very good quality product

I find the monitor very easy to use and the facility to transfer data to Excel particularly useful. I contacted Beurer regarding the MAD reading as could not find any info on the internet. They replied that it was the German for MAP i.e. mean arterial pressure. and also included calculation details. There was also a problem that my readings differed considerably from my doctors readings, however after I discarded the first reading and took the average of further two readings the figure obtained was within acceptable limits. This monitor more than satisfies my requirements.

Das Display ist groß und sehr gut beleuchtet. Die Werte dürften stimmen. Das Gehäuse des Gerätes ist sehr edel. Ich kann das Blutdruckmessgerät weiterempfehlen.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto dopo esperienze negative con altri misuratori della OMRON (M6 e M10, quindi di fascia elevata), che nonostante la loro ampia diffusione si erano rivelati poco precisi e per nulla affidabili.Una volta consegnato da Amazon ho effettuato diverse misurazioni "di confronto" sia dal medico curante (strumento a mercurio) che presso farmacie (misuratori elettronici, ma di fascia professionale) con risultati estremamente positivi: misurazioni identiche o che differivano al max di 1-2 unità. E solo per questo, viste soprattutto le esperienze pregresse, se potessi assegnerei al prodotto SEI stelle!Trovo inoltre confortante constatare che misurazioni effettuate a distanza di un paio di minuti una dall'altra risultano tra loro identiche o quasi (purché anche la prima venga effettuata, come necessario, in posizione corretta e dopo essere rimasti seduti per almeno 3 minuti). Aggiungo che è ottima l'usabilità dello strumento e semplici le istruzioni di utilizzo, come peraltro le erano anche quelle dei modelli OMRON. Esteticamente è molto bello e può essere comodo lo schermo "touch", anche se si tratta di caratteristiche a cui non ho dato molta importanza.Il bracciale è ben realizzato, è morbido ed è semplicissimo stringerlo bene senza che lo stesso ruoti a vuoto intorno al braccio, come succedeva con quello dell'OMRON M10. E' vero che quello in dotazione con Beurer può essere usato solo per circonferenze <30 cm, ma in famiglia va bene a tutti e non è stato quindi necessario il bracciale più grande (opzionale).A differenza di altri clienti non ho avuto alcun problema ad installare il software (su Windows 8.1), nè tantomeno a collegare lo strumento al PC, tramite cavetto USB, per l'acquisizione automatica delle misure. Peraltro trovo l'applicazione davvero ben fatta e comodissima la possibilità di creare un report in PDF da mostrare al curante, report che può includere sia i dati sulle singole misurazioni, i valori elaborati statisticamente nonchè i vari grafici. Se usato da due persone. bisogna ricordarsi prima di ciascuna misurazione di modificare l'utente (U1, U2), altrimenti poi quando i dati vengono scaricati sul PC rischiano di essere associati all'utente sbagliato. Da questo punto di vista trovavo più comodo l'interruttore a slitta presente negli OMRON rispetto alla modalità adottata dal Beurer, ma è davvero l'unico punto a sfavore.

Très bien, garde les mesures en mémoire avec date et heure pour 2 patients différents. Facile pour faire la mesure on démarre l'appareil et hop ça fait le travail. Pour retrouver les anciennes mesures c'est pas simple
