Nothing worked for me after years of trying, including medicated stuff, head and shoulders, vosene. This stuff instantly worked and actually doesn't dry your hair out too much. Highly recommended.

I originally got this on prescription from the doctors, which is why I know it exists. I have a persistently itchy and flakey scalp, sometimes it’s itchy to a point that it feels like it’s on fire. Regular shampoos don’t help, head and shoulders and other “anti dandruff shampoos” don't help. This really does help, it’s so soothing and gets rid of the burning itchy feeling. I do find I have to use it fairly consistently and if I go a few weeks without using it the itchiness will come back. Obviously it comes in very small bottles, I will nowadays use a regular shampoo first and then use this on a second shampoo - it goes much further and foams up marvellously. If you struggle with your scalp I’d very much recommend trying this.

Worth every single penny, you only need a tiny bit about a teaspoon full, lathers well and goes a long way, I have extremely thick and long hair. You do need to leave it on for a minimum of 3 minutes. The first use may seem like its stinging but that is due to it getting rid of the rubbish, stick with it as after that it is a breeze. Don't use other shampoo in-between, but small amount of conditioner is OK.

Unlike other more known brands, this stuff is amazing and getting rid of a flakey scalp. I only use it once every couple of weeks and it works brilliantly. A little goes a long way as well
