This is my favourite coconut milk, I previously have bought Alpro No sugars and Koko no sugars coconut milk as the ones that contain no sugars are the ones that don’t taste of coconut and have a better consistency I have found. I would say Rude health is my favourite of them all for the liquid “thickness”, it’s not thick, doesn’t take too much to “lighten” my cup of tea and the taste is the best. Plus this price matches when Sainsbury’s have them on a Nectar offer as it works out at £1.80 a carton. Which is great Will continue to buy from here if this price point remains.

Me and my family have been drinking rude health milk for countless years and it is certianly worth the money, the flavour of the coconut milks has a nice sweet taste to it and is extremely refreshing. But like i say it is quite sweet so drinking it by itself can sometimes be a little bit much (in my opinion). I would highly recommend trying it in tea, coffee or hot chocolate though.

I have tried many organic coconut milk - but with little added ingredients, I find the RH the best. I could drink a whole carton with ease, but use as a treat with organic coffee at the start of the day. It is not thick (from thinkers) or synthetic tasting - its simply delicious. Shake well to get the thick coconut cream that can collect around the top. I always wait for the £10 ish discount and stock up. I have not been paid for this review

Very Tasty But Only 7.5% Organic Coconut Milk. The Rest Is Spring Water & Organic Rice. On The Top Of The Carton It Says ‘Rice Based’ So Shouldn’t Rice Have Top Billing? Price Is Good But Fluctuates (between £10 & £13).

Very nice and refreshing but doesn't begin to have the equivalent nutritional benefits of coconut water, which simply can't be undermined. Certainly preferable and healthier replacement to canned sparkling beverages though.

I like this coconut milk. No too sweet and no sugar add. Organic. Value for the money and delivery at home. I don’t drink dairy milk so happy with this discovery.

My dad has high calcium and we were searching everywhere for a milk substitute that didnt have added calcium in. This has been great. Hes been able to enjoy it on cereal and drinks and we know it wont make his calcium even higher. He says its sweet but enjoys it and hes usually very fussy with milk or alternative products!

This is mainly rice not coconut milk, far too sweet & doesn't foam, which is why I bought it! Now I'll only use it for overnight oats.
